Phone harrassing
I am taught not to hate but I cant ignore it anymore. I truly hate DSTV. Their sales team has phoned me 8 times over the past two days, even if i block them, answer them or ask them to remove me from call list, they still keep on calling every day from different numbers. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALL LIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are disturbing me in my work. I am not interested in your services and will never be again. I have left DSTV more than 4 years ago and still happy with my choice.

Review left on
I wrote a previous review to explain my disappointment in Mit Mak with start troubles I had with my car I bought from them a little more than 12 months ago. Was contacted right away after my review and promised that it would be sorted quickly, but asked to remove the review. I did so. Well since then(3 weeks ago) I had no further follow ups and they did not even contact the person who worked on my car which I gave to them. Im sorry MitMak. Now I am leaving my review on until my problem is sorted.

Waiting for parts until when?
I am very frustrated at the moment as my nissans starter need to be fixed. They have been waiting now for more than a month for the part and still cannot give me any timelines on when i can expect my car back. If it was a Toyota i would have had my car back the next day. Poor service.

Cancelation frustration
I have an old data contract with vodacom not being used anymore. Went to vodashop to cancel, they cannot cancel and gave me number to call. Asked what they would need and advised only id. Phoned the number, automated service wanting the mobile number which I do not have. Phoned call centre 082135, does not work. I just want to get cancellation quote and cancel and no phone lines are assisting. Frustrated and glad not primary with Vodacom.

Out of stock when online says you have stock
Went online to look for an item, confirmed that my nearest store, game northam, had in stock, drove 50km to go an buy item, and when there they did not have in stock. Also could not deliver for me if i ordered. Very dissapointing an frustrating. 100km for nothing!
