The most irritating people
It is now 12:25 & I've already received 16 calls from them. Whenever I answer the call then it's silence on the other end. If someone does answer the call, then they ask me for my I.D. number & my mobile number that they called. Then I tell them that they just called me on that number & they want me to acknowledge a debt & when I tell them that I acknowledge nothing & then they try so many ways to get me to say it. It's irritating with all the calls & they don't listen to anything that I say & they say that they're acting on behalf of direct axis. When I tell them that I'm a 66-year-old pensioner, then they say that I can pay from my pension.

Excellent panel shop
Ryan’s Autobody Repairs excelled with their work again. They impressed me with how they went the extra mile in the repairs to my EcoSport. They’ve done repairs to my wife’s vehicle in the past & it was always excellent. We’ll done guys & Megan. Keep up the good work. From a very satisfied customer.

Dawn Wing - Worst courier company
Dawn wing sent me an SMS this morning to say that they're delivering my parcel (with my tracking number). By 18:00 I had not received my parcel yet. I called them and the lady told me that it had not been delivered because the driver had called me at 16:00 and I had not answered. I was home and nobody called me. Any idiot knows that if call a mobile number the will be a record of the call. I don't know why the driver didn't deliver it but he's a blatant liar. Now they say that they will deliver it tomorrow. I will have to see if that happens. I have received many parcels (local and international) and they're the worse. The parcel is from Wootware. I've had an excellent shopping experience with Wootware but Dawn Wing has soured the experience. Worst delivery company so far that I've experienced.

Absolute worse courier service.
During the week I was told that my MTN phone would be delivered on Sturday. The lady said that the driver would call me 15 minutes before arriving (this would give me 15 minutes to get home). On Saturday the driver calls me at 09:23 & tells me that he is outside my place. It takes me 7 minutes to get home. when I arrive at home he has already left. He called me from a phone with number withheld. I call the DSV offices & they tell me that the driver will call me same day before delivering. He did not call me Saturday. Worse courier service I have ever experienced (I receive parcels from USA, UK & Hong Kong on a regular basis). Over the years I have received excellent service fron MTN, but DSV have let them down in a big way.
