Be very careful having any dealings with Debt-in. Even if you settle with them, before agreed date, they still manage to destroy your credit rating. Even emails to senior management does not help.

The most irritating company to deal with seriously. They kept phoning me about debt review I kept telling them I'm not interested but they just kept nagging on and on calling over and over I blocked their numbers now they somehow got a hold of families numbers and started worrying them trying to get a hold of me..the people at this place seriously need to be taught what no means because it seems like they don't understand what no means..

Debt-in phones me 4 to 5 times a day on behalf of First National Bank with regards to a credit card account on which they cannot forward me documentation. I do not speak to them I shout at them because they are wasting my time. They buy up prescribed debt and want people to pay. Please FNB and Debt-In take me to court I would love to go!!!!!!!!!!!

It is now 12:25 & I've already received 16 calls from them. Whenever I answer the call then it's silence on the other end. If someone does answer the call, then they ask me for my I.D. number & my mobile number that they called. Then I tell them that they just called me on that number & they want me to acknowledge a debt & when I tell them that I acknowledge nothing & then they try so many ways to get me to say it. It's irritating with all the calls & they don't listen to anything that I say & they say that they're acting on behalf of direct axis. When I tell them that I'm a 66-year-old pensioner, then they say that I can pay from my pension.
