Once the transaction is done you will never hear from the agent again
Once the transaction is done you will never hear from the agent again. No update on car papers unless you hound them. I am quite dissapointed because in the beginning we thought the sales agent would see the transaction through to the end for repeat business1 reply

Maurice Valla gave me the best service I have ever had with an insurer, I was about to cancel my insurance due to the threat of job loss (retrenchment), he managed to convince me to change my policy to a theft and right off cover that decreased my premium
Maurice Valla gave me the best service I have ever had with an insurer, I was about to cancel my insurance due to the threat of job loss (retrenchment), he managed to convince me to change my policy to a theft and right off cover that decreased my premium so that I am still covered in times of distress. I really do appreciate the patience he had with me and his ability to clearly explain the options I have. Less stress to deal with during this time. I truly appreciate it.1 reply
