High performance environment that provides support and training . There is a lot of ongoing learning in the role, management is hands-on and available at all times. Growth is inevitable , both in skills and financially.
Once the transaction is done you will never hear from the agent again. No update on car papers unless you hound them. I am quite dissapointed because in the beginning we thought the sales agent would see the transaction through to the end for repeat business
Maurice Valla gave me the best service I have ever had with an insurer, I was about to cancel my insurance due to the threat of job loss (retrenchment), he managed to convince me to change my policy to a theft and right off cover that decreased my premium so that I am still covered in times of distress. I really do appreciate the patience he had with me and his ability to clearly explain the options I have. Less stress to deal with during this time. I truly appreciate it.
So far my experience with Telkom has nothing but tears, sweat and petrol from going in and out of service centers trying to receive assistance. My phone has not been receiving calls for the past week, and everytime I go to a service center they say that the system is offline. I am more upset with the poor customer service that I have been receiving in stores, namely both branches at Wonderpark Shopping Center in Pretoria, (the contract for this particular device was created and signed at the Centurion mall branch) and the attitude of consultants at the call center. I have been given multiple codes to try and solve the call issue, but none of them have worked and I keep being dismissed by the call center consultant. Other than the phone not receiving calls, Telkom has serious network issues. And they usually apologize by sending data bundles with a time limit but that can not make up for missed calls and appointment notifications as I am currently running my own business. I would not advice anybody to join the network even with the affordable data rates because it is better to pay a lot for quality than it is to pay a small amount for quantity. I am currently trying to settle my account and port to a different network.
