If trash were a company! Stay away from Chinese developers as fast as you can. I’ve been renting with them for some time, and they went and changed managers (or whatever they call it). While I was in the middle of a year-long lease, they decided to *******ly add extra charges under the guise of body corporate fees introduced by their new property manager, Nicky. Very rude and highly unprofessional. I refused to pay the extra charge as it was not part of my contract. I was told it was either I pay or move out within a month. After that, she resorted to extreme behavior by cutting off the water and electricity. Apparently, the law functions the same way in South Africa as it does in communist China. Run as fast as you can!
Avoid Banking with This Useless Bank On Saturday, they had a system failure and didn’t bother to communicate with their customers. Cards weren’t working, and you couldn’t even use their worthless app to make transactions. Money you tried to transact disappeared from accounts. How did they notify their customers? They sent a tweet at midday, even though the issue started around 8 AM. As of now, I have money debited from my account that hasn’t been reversed. Apparently, it will take them up to 7 days to resolve it. I’m not asking for a loan—just my money, which I urgently need. I had to call their useless call center and was put on hold for nearly 7 minutes. I guess a lot of angry customers must have been calling today since they decided not to answer our calls over the weekend. If you want to end up like me, go ahead and bank with them. These fools aren’t even replying to customer queries on social media as I type this.
I paid off my accounts only to find out that these ****** called Finchoice had given my account to another *****ulent debt collector called DMC. They have listed my name on ICT as someone who has defaulted knowingly that the accounts are paid off and they have even provided me with paid-up letters.Becareful of them I have been asking them to remove my name for three months with no feedback, DMC5 answer is that they are waiting for Finchoice like ***?

However, it is essential for customers to have accurate and transparent information before making a decision to use your services. I believe that by providing honest and upfront information about the delivery timeline, you can avoid causing unnecessary frustration and dissatisfaction among your customers. I kindly request a clarification regarding the delivery of my license disc and a resolution for the inconvenience I have faced. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that such discrepancies are addressed and that future customers are given clear and accurate information from the start.
Cybrsmart is garbage!Please refrain from signing up with this useless ISP!Internet is always down,they never answer calls if you want to log a fault.Sometimes they even cut your calls and never call you back.How in the world do such companies operate?
Standard bank is a fraud!!I opened an account and I was receiving money through money gram from overseas in order to pay for my fees.Last month I discovered that my account had been comprised and someone was withdrawing money from my account through the cellphone instant money.Mind you I did not register nor activate this service,and yet a whole bank with a anti cyber theft department did not pick this up,up until I raised it up when I noticed money was being withdrawn from my account with my consent.I was told that this had been happening for a long time.And they managed to steal 12500 from my account.Std bank will not be realible for any of the money that was lost.Like ***!I pay for bank charges and their services to avoid this type of nosense!How can a bank see such transaction's go and not alert their client???This is Rubbish and un excepted.Why not implement better online security systems?Now where do I get the R12500 from??
How can you honestly list someone for R46 for an account that was closed two years ago???Cell C is the new definition of kak services!!The account was closed as the was no service rendered.Now I am listed on ICT for R46 like ***!!!This nosense is highly unacceptable.I am beyond angry now!!Nowonder the company is shutting down the level of your unprofessionalism is beyond appalling.
I applied for a Job in June,and got feedback in September.I went through all the interviews phases and processes from the first one to the last of being screened,and checking my references.Mind you I was told that I would get my feedback in a few days but a month went pass without getting any feedback.I then called a week later after the month had passed to find out what was the outcome?And to my surprise I was told by their incompetent HR personal that all my paperwork had been processed and I should expect feedback within five working days.Guess what?Five working days went pass without them contacting me and I gave up!Mind you these people wanted me to move from Cape Town to Durban for this?To my surprise two weeks later I got three missed calls on my phone and when I checked the voice mail it was Hollywoodbets calling,I missed them because I was freelancing on a shoot and I could not answer my phone.I then decided to call back the number on the following Monday,only to find out that it was Hollywoodbets HR personal calling me by the name of Desiree and this is the same person who conducted interviews with me from the beginning and I had sent her an email including calling her to find out what the outcome was after her deadline date and she ignored both of my communication.My point here is as an employee once you request for my personal information,ask for my ID,payslips,tax number and invade my privacy of checking my criminal record I deserve to get an answer to the outcome.I think going all this it has taught me that you are a company that does not value human capital.You are quick to treat people like trash!I hope people will read and reconsider my review before applying.Imagine I was willing to risk moving my family from CapeTown to Durban for this???And this Desiree lady hasn't replied to email yet!!!And yet she was busy sending me emails on a Sunday requesting me to run around and a criminal check like really?
Ram deliveries a bunch of unprofessional's and untrustworthy so-called couriers.Corona pandemic or not?How in the world does it take four weeks just to deliver a parcel?You call their stupid customer services no ****** answer??And when they answered last week I was told they would get back to me.One week later still waiting!!!What nonsense is this?Do you guys do deliveries by foot??
I paid my account up and the balance was R2,628.77 as I had cancelled my fibre to the home line and received paid up letter as agreed.I made a mistake of over paying my account by R568.23.I called their call center and sent my proof of payments and I was advised that I would get my refund back in my account within 48 hours,four days later I am still waiting and according to their call center agents the case was logged as to when will I get my money only Lord knows!The most annoying part is that I had to call four times just to get this case logged and resend the same proof of payments about three times to three different people who all had three different answers to when will I be refunded and the most interesting part is that you can't call their finances department whom are the people dealing with ones query.It's safe to say that I am glad I cancelled my line because if this the type of services one gets I am glad I am no longer one of their customers.As for their social media team they are very excellent to deal with it's a pity the finance department didn't not attend the same customer service training with the rest of the stuff and yet they are so quick to send your details to creditors if you don't pay on time and very slow to act if you want help from them.
