I am writing to formally complain about a wedding ring I purchased from American Swiss Sandton. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the ring and the service I have received. A wedding ring is a meaningful and long-term purchase, so I expected much better quality and customer care from a reputable jewellery retailer like American Swiss. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and upsetting. Stones fell out. Considering the price paid and the reputation of your store, I expected a product of much higher quality. I was refused assistance when i returned the ring for repairs. The QA department came up with ridiculous feedback which i am not accepting. The ring is still in their store.
Last year i bought a laptop at Cash converters Midrand halfway house for R5400.Few months later the device had issues, I took it back and they booked it for repairs. They extended my warranty and the manager promised to send me the email of which he did not. I took it back twice. When i took it back for the third time, Some buttons are not working. I told them i need a refund because he is a problem with this laptop. The manager told the staff that the buttons are working. There is nothing wrong. He was not willing to help solve the problem. What i asking for is my refund. This laptop is frustrating me.
I had a credit card and i lost a job. They told me it will not be covered even though i had a credit card cover. They expect me to pay the credit card even though i am not employed. What is the purpose of having a cover?
I bought a Samsung 65Inch UHD TV at Makro last year. The TV is still under warranty. There was a crack on the cover of the TV. I reported the matter to Samsung repair centre. Technicians came out to assess the TV. The LCD was replaced then I noticed that the picture quality was no longer the same, it was midsty, faded, distorted and I reported this issue to the repair centre. Their inhouse technician came onsite to check the LCD, in his report he mentioned the issues I am experiencing.I recieved a call today and I was told there is no issues with my LCD, they are closing the ticket.I have asked them to bring back the Original LCD because I did not have any issues with it.i have issues with the replaced LCD. I feel that Samsung do not care.all I need is my UHD Lcd back. I am not enjoying the view on my TV.
I am not happy at all with the service from Vodacom.I just want to port my number to Mtn.They confirmed that there is an issue with one their towers in Wadeville since last week Thirsday,What have they done about it because i am still having a bad network coverage.the signal now its 1 bar.
I have been having bad experience with coverage from Thursday in the Klipoortjie,Germiston area.This is really affecting my business.Customers cannot get hold of me because of bad network coverage.It flactuates.
