Bad experience, I will not recommend any one to but makeup there, I went there today to but makeup and the ugly lady on the contour told me if I’m not buying she’s not gonna show because She is busy, and she told me about target that she had to reach, so she doesn’t hav time for show off for nothing 🥹. She underestimate me🤨. Her makeup was giving my friend vibe 🤷🏻♀️. Poor service I had received today at Edgars Secunda mall

I am a first time client, I bought 14inch HD Peruvian glueless wig. First it’s not 14 inch is 12 inch, second wig is terrible, as if the trainer made it, I pay for 14 inch but I got 12. I’m not happy and I will never buy from you and I will never recommend anyone to buy from you. I’m very disappointed as a first time customer I rate you 0.000

It’s been 7 days now since I tried to get hold of iderect insurance. I hold until I run out of airtime. My matter is serious please iderect try to communicate with your client please
I have registered with Intec college last year 2023, it was so difficult to study with them 1 they don’t answer their phones 2 my exams papers where late every time, sometimes the exam paper will a day after. I tried to speak with them with no success. 3 if you have any questions regarding your course they will put you on hold until you run out of air time. 4 the service is very poor So I decided to cancel my registration with them. It took me four months to get a deregistration form from them. Finally I did cancel studying with them. But my problem is, they’re say I’m owing them a full amount of the course😳 how come? The do appear on my credit score that I’m owing them. I have tried many times to get hold of them with no success. I think I should take this matter to my lawyers 🙂

I joined absa idirect insurance for my car in 2021 January, I was told that after 3years claim free I will get a cash back, fine. Last month I called them to ask about my cash back and the lady said next month “March” so today I called again to ask about it, guess what 🙁 the guy said next month “April”🥹 so it’s going to be next next next until 2025. Ai no cash back story it’s a **** 🙁
I'm not happy with absa I direct insurance, its been over a month now since I have requested a proof of comprehensive insurance, since MFC asked me. Last week their hav sended me a proof of someone else whom I don't know. I reply them, that the details on the document are mine. Since than never received any communication or what's so ever, and I need those documents as soon as possible. Poor service 😭
