I have used Rain in the pasted and they have good services though on Sunday i ordered a Rain loop pink box as my mum lives with my kids and is very sickly and im working from home and we need new services they refused to have the box delivered as it is under her name and she is at the hospital currently the guy by the name of Ryan Adams was extremely rude and insisted on having her available for the rica process even though my banking details are used now they refused to have my pro - rater refunded back i mean even though it is just R1 cost of living is hard and i work very hard for my money i need my services and but at this rate i dont want it this is a whole lot of bull**** i will find cheaper services else where that wont give me attitude im seriously hurt by the services received

I logged the return within the cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection Act. At That time the The laptop. You took it the first time and assert it and your report didn’t specify any damage or scratches you rejected because you claim there was no FAulty found on laptop . When it was returned to me after the first assessment, I did not open the package , for your information I did special arrangements as I was at Toyota SA for Training and later I arranged for collection again in the exact same condition. I reject your claim that the laptop has scratches or that the packaging is not original, as I did not open or tamper with the item at any stage. Those scratches was done by you guys when you assess it. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I am escalating this matter to the National Consumer Commission and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. Please confirm in writing how you intend to resolve this.
