I ordered hair from Exclusive on the 7th of April 2026, I received the order on the 20th April 26 (which was wrong not the hair I ordered) I paid extra R220 to send the hair back to them. Only last week on the 5th May I was provided with the tracking number for the parcel until today there is no progress on that parcel it has been in their premises. I have been sending messages enquiring and they are not replying. I no longer want the hair can they just refund my money I mean they are a big brand for ****ming people.

These people were good when they started their business. I bought my very first wig from them as years went by they started selling **** hair to people. I bought the valentine's special 30inch Burmese curls wig. This wig at first was looking ok hair was like one bundle 30inch wig with a 8 or 10inch closure. So they fixed it so ugly by hand. But the new closure and the additional bundle added to the wig is **** hair. I can put the wig on and after 15 minutes of wearing it the hair is all stuck and tangles like I'm wearing old braids. Please do not waste money on these people selling **** hair. I don't even want to contact them again it's tiring. I lost R3650 buying this hair and I haven't been happy at all.

These people were good when they started their business. I bought my very first wig from them as years went by they started selling **** hair to people. I noticed that the hair was not of good quality because it was human hair mixed with synthetic hair which was also tangling up a lot I had to constantly brush it but with no difference so I returned the hair on the 23rd of December and asked for a refund which they refused to give and yet promised me new hair. I waited for the hair for 3 months , from December up until March. During my waiting period I was told by Caroline who is the manager that they took the hair to the quality control for them to check it, which they did and confirmed that the hair was not real hair and that it was ****. On the 5th of March they called me to come collect new hair at the store and only to find out that the hair was either not changed or they gave me the same bad quality hair. The manager is very rude and lacks customer service even her receptionists are scared of her, when you text her she doesn’t respond, she even hangs up calls when you try to communicate with her.

They Sell **** hair during specials, they sold me 2x hair which was blended human hair and synthetic hai, when you iron the hair the synthetic part shrinks, i tried reaching out to them several time but they are ignoring all my communications, i was ****med.

I had the worst experience with this business. I ordered a wig in November 2025 during the Black Friday special. I ordered a 12 inch wig, they sent a 8 inch and insisted it was a 12 inch until I told them the wig is shorter than my 10 inch wig. They requested I send it back on my own costs whereas they made a mistake in supply and I would have expected them to pay for the return. After nearly 2 months of pleading and begging nothing. Until I requested for a refund on the purchase, it was only then that I received the replacement wig after 2 full months. As a first time buyer it was disappointing to receive such bad service from them.

I am a first time client, I bought 14inch HD Peruvian glueless wig. First it’s not 14 inch is 12 inch, second wig is terrible, as if the trainer made it, I pay for 14 inch but I got 12. I placed and paid in full for a wig from Exclusive Virgin Hair. It has now been **two weeks since payment**, and the order has still not been delivered.now they refuse to give me refund. Buy at your own risk

I received the wig today, and unfortunately it is not the same product that was advertised. The wig I received has the following issues: The cut and style are uneven and poorly finished. The density and quality are not what was shown in the product pictures. The overall appearance is completely different from the advertised bob wig. It is not the 10 inch that I paid for
