Very unhappy and I feel like I have been conned. Doyle quickly boasted and showed us the savings we would be making on holidays, even doing a quote for a Mediterranean Cruise, which we found the quote to be very good. He convinced us to sign up. Since signing up, we have found that prices quoted during demonstration was a joke, as I could get the cruises cheaper elsewhere (without even been a member at any of the businesses). Doyle also stated that should we require anything, we are to contact him personally so he may assist us. I have been struggling really hard to get hold of him and he does not help at all. I get better deals on booking.com then I can get from Ekko. I also do not have to pay a monthly membership fee with Booking.com. With Ekko I have to pay a monthly membership fee from which I receive no real benefits. This seems like a money making scheme, I am sorry, convince me otherwise to keep me as a client. No, seriously, CONVINCE ME and I will change this rating.
Firstly, it is impossible to get through to anyone, with the huge menu selection etc. Please revert back to a normal switch board with no menus, as I would like to talk to someone. I have been complaining about this issue forever and a day. The vodacom reception in Bedfordview is atrocious! My suppliers and clients can hardly get hold of me, and I don't even receive a missed call. I suggest that you install a new tower in the Bedfordview area, seeing tat you have millions of clients and making billions of rands, maybe spend some of that profit to generate better signals for your clients!!!
During June 2022 I requested several times for a quote to receive some goods from Italy to South Africa. 30th June 2022, I made a payment and filled out the required forms and submitted them. Until today (19th July) I have no feedback from DHL as to when my parcel will be collected and delivered to me. Your service is so pathetic, and I don't know who else to speak to. I am using "[email protected]" as requested, and replying to those emails. Please sorth this out ASAP, this is a joke!!! Please do not use DHL! Ref No. 147221644

The last few months have been terrible - absolutely very bad reception in the Bedfordview area. I am missing calls from my clients and suppliers, and the worst part is I don't even get a missed call notification from Vodacom. Please don't ask what phone I am using as it is not the devise, it is the no reception. Everyone I work with who is with Vodacom is having issues. I have complained a few times about this, but it never gets resolved...
I have been trying endlessly now to cancel our armed response with this company. I contacted them, and was told to send an email to [email protected]. I get absolutely NO response whatsoever from them. If I get a debit order taken off on the 1st November I will have no choice but to send my Attorneys to them. I am tired of companies always stealing money but don't take the effort to respond. I am cancelling because the last few times an alarm was set, they took around an hour to come to the house. In that time, the house can be emptied, and people could be hurt/killed.
We booked our VW Caravelle in for the 165,000km service yesterday (30 Jan 2020). At the same we asked the dealership to please have a look at the door locks and CV Joints that they had fitted last year, as this was giving problems again. After phoning this morning to ask if the car is ready, they stated no. I asked to please have the car ready at 12:00. I phoned them again after 12, and said that the car is still not ready. I asked if the car had at least had it service, which I was told no. After asking why had the car not being serviced, I was told that they have to send a quote first. Why could they have not sent a quote yesterday morning, and done the service? I told them that please park the vehicle outside as I will be collecting it. Vehicle has been collected with no work done at all. Very disappointed client!
We have being loyal customers since September 2012, with Netstar fitted to four of our vehicles. The contract ha since long ended, but we continue month to month. The other day, one of our remotes had stopped working, and upon phoning Netstar, they told us that the units in our vehicles are old and discontinued, and no parts or spares are available for them. 1. Why did they not inform us when the systems were discontinued, and give us an option to upgrade to new systems? 2. What if these systems failed to work, and one of our vehicles got stolen/hijacked, and Netstar would be unable to track it. Our insurance would fail to pay out, as it stated we have a tracking device. Would Netstar pay out. 3. These units, being old now tends to drain the batteries of the vehicles if they are not used for a few days. This is really pathetic service from Netstar, so we will be looking for a new supplier.

I did an upgrade on black Friday on one of my contracts, got the email confirmation and now get told that no upgrade was done. The order number was VODACOMONLIN- ********** ********** 53. Please sort this out, you had the Black Friday Deals, the upgrade was accepted and confirmation was sent through, please stick to it.
