I had the pleasure of dealing with Nadine, and she was absolutely AMAZING! She kept me up to date all the way, and handled all my questions like a true professional! The rest of the staff I had interactions with were all so professional as well! Would happily recommend Kia Fourways. Thank you for making it such an enjoyable process Nadine and team.
If I could give no stars I would! We booked a trip to Mauritius in June 2020 and it got cancelled due to Covid, we then changed it to July 2021 when it got cancelled again. We requested Air Mauritius to send us an email simply stating that they are not going to refund the airline tickets so that my Travel Insurance can pay out what we are owed, it has been over a year and Air Mauritius keep sending these generic emails that they will revert back. I have officially had ENOUGH!!!!!! YOU ARE STEALING MY MONEY AIR MAURITIUS! I will not stop and will post on every aspect of social media until this is resolved and I get my money (that is rightfully mine) back!
So Sorbet, you have a complaint section on your website but neglect to respond to it? I find it a bit unprofessional, maybe I could get a response now on my complaint submitted a week ago?
I have been with Home Connect for quite some time and had to transfer my fibre on the 1st April. I called way in advance to make sure this would be done on the 1st. I got the call from Vumatel and they activated everything as promised and said all I need to do is call Home Connect and get operations to do the final activation on their side. I have called all weekend and get told operations is on holiday, called yesterday and today, sent emails with no response and STILL NOTHING! Can you please activate my line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable and complete lack of professionalism.
This has to be one of the WORST companies to deal with. They have the most unprofessional agent. We were interested in a property and arranged a viewing for this past Sunday in Paulshof. Karabo Maake confirmed she would be there at 09h00 Sunday morning, after arriving we waited until 09h05 when I contacted Karabo and asked how far she is, she then proceeded to tell me "oh she forgot and can we reschedule to 12h00" I told her no and that this was extremely unprofessional to which she hung up the phone. This is not acceptable, AVOID this company and their incompetent agent!
I was battling with my booking online and I sent Barnyard at Emperors Palace an email to assist. Early the next morning I received a call from Tebogo Rammalo and wow what a super star! Thank you Tebogo, you friendliness and helpful service was much appreciated.
I ordered the pulled pork wrap from The Green Peppercorn yesterday, upon tasting it, it didn't taste right. I asked a waiter and he said that it's fine and kept walking. Needless to say I have food poisoning today! Won't be going back with that kind of service or food for that matter.
This is the worst service I have ever received. This will now be the 3rd time I am receiving an sms to say my parcel will be delivered and it has not arrived. Don't bother calling customer service either because all you get is a bad attitude with it.
