I had a query and the agent said she will call back as soon as she has done her follow ups, and indeed she called me back

Hi I would like to lodge a complain. I placed an order to for collection, my order was later cancelled due to no stock. I placed an order for delivery for the same item and my order is cancelled again due to no stock. Why do you still advertise the skipping rope if you do not have stock. Now I have to wait 10 days for two different orders.
ABSA has done a debit order without my permission and now I am battling to get my money back, I was not asked for permission at all
I need a new Hisense T5 plus battery, I am very disappointed that I have to wait until mid October in order to get a battery, and there is no other place is South Africa that I can purchase a battery. I have contacted the spares department and the Hisense in Johannesburg and they told me there are no spares available and I should wait until October....
I am having a problem with replacing my Hisense's phone battery, I bought the phone this year and it is a new model, but Hisense is telling that they will not have any stock up until mid October.
