Worst credit application I have ever done. For the past 6 weeks I have been directed to various people with absolutley NO feedback. Last week I was told to update my ID. Today Im told its not in the que for verification. If you call the call drops the moment you voice how unhappy you are. NO response on Email. No response on calls or app. This is the worst experience to date
On 17/02/2026 I bought a massive Epson printer from Port Elizabeth Makro, the salesman Rudi told me that it comes with a stand. At first, I was reluctant to buy it because I was able to get it cheaper at another store, but when he told me that it comes with a stand, I was happy and agreed to buy it. I travelled 140km back to Kenton on Sea and on arrival when I opened the box there was no stand. I contacted the salesman and he then told me sorry stand is not included I can travel back to PE and get a refund; they expect me travel another 280km round trip after just completing a 280km round trip to get a refund. I requested that a manger contact me and still I'm being ignored. I spent almost R36000 in one buy at that store and this is how they treat clients. I'm taking this to the consumer protection board, and I have handed this to my legal team. Be careful they tell you anything just to do a sale and think they can get away with it
The worst experience of my life. The claim to give guidance to companies to help improve their credit rating but when you are declined ,NO reason can be provided. No credit report can be provided. When I expressed my disappointment about the fact that he cannot provide me with more details regarding why Im declined, Clayton Van Wyk insulted me spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. In my opinion they are NOT who they claim to be and CAN NOT provide the services they claim they can provide. They DO NOT work with oversees funders. If they in fact have access to financial services, it will only be the regular Banks. They are highly unprofessional. More then a week after you are informed you are declined. Their so called Dashbord still shows your application is being reviewed
She is con artist. She stole R7000 from me. She botched my eyebrows and lips. DO NOT use her. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Just go and read her google reviews.
Never ever buy from Rochester Baywest mall ever again...My daughter buyed a couches at baywest rochester. We ha e evidence that the demo set from the floor was delivered to them. Its was the worst quality ever. Sagging chair cushions and holes in the couches. I didnt want any problems so I emailed them and launched a complaint on 22 February. They only rep**** on the 7 of march. After more then a month up and down they still have not managed to short this out. My daughter has oversees visitors coming on saturday and they could not care less. They refuse to supply my daughter with contact details and contact person for Rochester headoffice. So now my daughter is paying for secondhand couches that she doesnt have that still needs to be fixed and she has to go through the humiliation of not have couches when her oversees visitors arrives. Steer clear from this company. I have suppored then foe many year and has run hundereds of thousands of rands through their store but believe me never ever again. Worst quality wost service
Spend over R20 000 on blue dot deals. 2 incomplete orders delivered. 1 order was claimed to be complete and even says it was signed for by me but I wasnt even home when delivery was done. Every single time they email its a copy and paste reply that my issue will be resolved with 48hours and it never gets resolved. Delivery nr 2 was delivered incomplete with no explaination or indication if when the remaining items will be delivered. I have been a loyal customer for many years and always place big orders but after my experience now,i can reassure you that you have lost a client. This is the worst experience of my life. I want a full refund on the outstanding 6 items so that I can source them elsewhere. Not credit on takealot. I want money back
Never become a cell c business client. The worst customer service ever. A year back a agent blocked me on whatsapp due to a mistake on her side, now again Im being ignored by a agent after more than a week has been wasted on a data package. At first I was told a migration will cost me just shy of R900. After battling to get the information for more than a week and finally getting everything submitted. Im told a migration is not possible and that it will cost me just shy of R1600 for 120gb. Almost double. I even asked for recurring top-up no response. I indicated to the agent how urgent it is for me to upgrade and that my company is losing money due to adverti*****t champaignesthat is running. Also with no response. I have requested a manager to call me to resolve this issue and no response. He goes online and just dont read my messages. So cellc doesnt value me as a client and my business packages is over R6000 per month. I even told the agent that Im going to take my business else where and he doesnt care. Dont ever think that CellC will resolve a issue for you. They will not. They just want your money. The worst business partners ever
Previously I gave them a 5star rating,but with my second order I have received my whole order and now its radio silence about my outstanding product,after many emails sent. This time my order came in a opened box and 90% of the packaging was ruined. Looks like snatcher is selling other brands factory rejects. My order was worth almost R3000 this time. Snatcher you have lost a loyal client and if I dont get reply from you soon I will take legal action against you.
