Kindly can you resolve my issue, we are trying for weeks now to get this resolve. Case no: 16242449. Once this have been resolve i will review my rating, if it was in good faith. We have been calling many times, e-mail and even on your links we need to reply. But nothing is coming from that. We have provided all the necessary document and info require from you to do the split from one profile to 2 profile's.
I placed an order on takealot for 3 bags of Bob Martin puppy food at R215 per 6kg bag (not on promotion). I paid the full amount. On the day of delivery they still had stock available, however when the delivery arrived I was only given 1 bag. Then according to the order tracking on the app the other 2 bags would be delivered on 8 Aug. Today I received an e-mail from Takealot that they will credit my account with R430 for the 2 bags. On their website they do have stock, but now the price has been pushed up to R499 per bag. In the shops it costs R225 per bag. This appears to be consumer abuse.
It with very dissappointing experience on a continueus basis that builders Cape Gate service have the most disgasting team of staff there with lack of respect to they customers. Security staff will be very ruth too you and builders staff are selective who they want to assist. On 2 instince did i require assistant from the staff, while they assisting you they will just leave you and help someone else on selective basis, without finishing assisting the customers. I once report it to supervisor, but the staff member run away before supervisor got there, but she did not care much too.
Awaiting for my delivery. Now they tell me i was not available, why lying. I work from home and is available. Takealot never called me at all, they driver much have been lazy to do the delivery. Why they never called me?
Good day Builders Warehouse Cape Gate This may concern your business in the long term: 2 separate incident on separate dated took place in the collection area were customers are told to wait for they stuff that was paid for, pass the boom gate were there are access control by security. Some how you have unhappy employees that take they poor manner out on customers. Shouting on customers and be disrespectful. The second one was reported but it sound like it was swiped under the carpet and pretended if nothing happened. Sound like you do not need our support or business. Your competitor is just down the road Buildit.
So we are still waiting for our online order that was place en paid for on 9 of may 2020. When you contact them, they tell you it have been pick up and that we will receive it in the week we made enquiries on our orders status. Today is 4 July 2020, still did not receive our order.
Cape Gate Makro. Went there this morning to buy a washing machine. Service was excellent and quick. Within no time i got my machine. Thank You Makro
Absa bank upset me now very much. Second time this happen in 2 month. When you make online payment and select immediate payment to the same account you been doing it for the pass 6 years, the money do not go through immediately. But they charge you for immediate payment. I think it time to retire from absa after 15 years been a ignorance client. I keep falling in to absa bank trap.
So we made an order on Edgars online shopping on 9 of May 2020. We are still waiting for that order. They continue to tell us that it will be deliver, they cant tell you when. This is the reason online shopping can’t be trusted. Today is 1 June 2020. They have no value for customer service.
So it been a while and i have still not hear from Edgars, we placed an order online and made payment. Still no e-mail when it will be deliver to us. We try numbers of time to get hold of edgars call centre provided, try e-mails and now we did try on hellopeter and still we are getting no assisted. Now i will go on social media to inform everyone about the edgars poor service. You take our money and dump us in the dark.
