I try to transfer my old Nr to my new MWeb Voip Nr. now 1 month and 9 Days. I called every Day (2-5 Hours) Complain Emails to [email protected] are coming back! Support does not help! MWeb Ref Nr: MWB34064576 CLOSED FOR NO REASON AT ALL!!! New Ref Nr: MWB34265645 Portin Nr: 400054907 I want to port my old nr: 0212171111 but there is no update! I send the doc 10 -20 times and you send me over and over the same SMS what is the status! and yes I send all infos ~20 times to MWeb
I’ve been buying from Alf Duncan for over 10 years, so I trusted them when I sent a few items to their auction in February to sell. The total came to only R500, which was fine—it wasn’t about the money, just convenience. After a month, I followed up asking why the payment hadn’t been transferred. I was told the auction still needed to be closed. Since then, it’s been a constant stream of excuses: “we’ll pay on Monday,” “I’ve sent it for processing,” “it will be done shortly,” and so on. We are now in April, and I still haven’t received anything—just more delays and empty promises. At this point, it feels like they rely on the fact that small amounts won’t be chased aggressively, allowing them to keep the money. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against giving Alf Duncan anything to sell. You’re far better off selling items yourself on platforms like Gumtree or Facebook—less hassle and at least you’ll actually get paid.
Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst service experiences I have had with a company. It took over one month just to set up the VoIP line, and even after all that time the system still does not work properly. The voicemail and recordings are completely unusable — the recorded messages sound like a distorted robot voice and are impossible to understand. To make matters worse, you cannot configure the PABX yourself. The setup and configuration must be uploaded by their support team, which means you are completely dependent on them even for basic changes. Unfortunately, support has been extremely slow and largely unresponsive, leaving us with a system that simply does not function. After weeks of trying to get this resolved, we have decided to move our phone service to another VoIP provider. The entire experience has cost us valuable time, effort, and negatively impacted our business. Another thing customers should be very careful about: although the service is presented as month-to-month, there is a hidden 3-month cancellation clause in the contract. This means even if the system doesn’t work, you may still be forced to pay for additional months just to cancel. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend choosing another provider. This has been one of the worst companies I have dealt with.

I switched from Xneelo because their support kept getting worse, and they were still stuck using their outdated control panel. konsolH (more like konsolICan’tHandleIt) was a nightmare!
Is this a Joke? Nr 1 of ISP??? I wanted to change from Webafrica to home-connect as the service is soooo.... great. This is a JOKE! 8 Days! Emails over Email, Calls over calls and no internet! They are not able to clear a blocked line at my address with VUMA so I can book my line! I lost it after 8 Days and went back to Webafrica: Better a **** Support and a System that works; as a **** Support and no Internet at all!
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received from Lulalend "Bank". Despite your claims of being different from a traditional bank, my experience has been quite frustrating. Your system was unable to send emails to my address: michae****[email protected]. It took one day to discover this issue, and we had to use a different email address. Lezaan Oktober was unable to call my number (0799991299), although another agent was able to reach me. We had to resort to communicating over WhatsApp. After the weekend, I tried to contact Lezaan, but received no response. I sent an email, which also went unanswered. Eventually, I called the call center and was informed that Lezaan was off for a week, and someone else had taken over my case. It took two days to register my ID. I have a steady monthly income of approximately 40,000 ZAR in a private bank account, and my credit rating with TransUnion is good (697 points, which is 70 points below the highest rating). The only thing I needed was a 50,000 ZAR loan to manage our cash flow so we wouldn't have to decline orders. Even a confirmed Statement, that R27.000 will be transferred on the 16th this month into my account didn't help. However, my application was declined. Please stop promoting yourselves as being different if the experience you provide is not meeting basic expectations.
