Poor service. 3rd day, still waiting for my parcel. They don't respond to emails despite me getting a reference number. I constantly have to phone them. They never bother to let me know why they can't seem to deliver my parcel.
My Ryobi cordless drill XLD 1860K is stuck in hammer mode. I filled in their online complaints form but was ignored.

Order OLS1941STA confirmed, and after that all communication between us was initiated by myself while trying to find out when to expect delivery. Excuses from stock shortage to the courier sending a bakkie instead of a truck. So much for their online ordering system. Now they have my money and still no delivery after 5 days. Stafix service sucks!
I have sent two emails asking to cancel my service as I am moving house. No response and the bills keep rolling in.
Rain 4G in my area used to be fine but lately I can't watch Netflix or Youtube without constant buffering. They do not have a readily available email address for complaints either. If I do watch Netflix then nothing else works and I have to reboot the router before watching Youtube again.

I went to MTN to buy a new 4G LTE MIFI Router for my 4G Rain sim card. Rain states on their webpage that their sim card will work in ANY 4G enabled device. Well it does not! Mtn is also to blame here as they sold me the router after I specifically told the lady at MTN Mall of the South that I would be using a Rain sim card in the device only to find out that the device is MTN Sim Locked! Now here's the kicker....I phoned Rain to ask for help. Firstly, they cant sell me a 4G router, and secondly, then after I said that I may as well then cancel with Rain, she pretty well told me to do just that! No effort to retain a client. Absolutely no concern for the companies financial well being at all ! Rain customer service SUCKS !
I contacted Webuycars to sell my car. They sent me a whatsapp and email with an offer which I decided to accept but now they are ignoring me? They are supposed to contact me to set up a date for inspection.
