Spam!! Just continual email spam from these guys. We block their sending address's and they just get new domains to spam from. Unsubscribed MUTIPLE times and they just will not go away. Will not trust a business that operates like this.
HIGHLY disappointed! My GT2 watch went for repair at Device Repair Center Roodepoort 2 months ago. They need an answer from Huawei as to how to proceed with the repair and have been waiting for an answer since then. A week ago i emailed Inolin Naicker requiring them to please provide an answer to them. My email was not answered nor has DRC been answered. Always been a staunch supporter of Huawei but guess now will have no choice but to move onto another brand. Given the poor support, and simply just answering an email, cannot recommend there product.
I wouldn't touch a vehicle from Williams Hunt if there spares operations has any reflection of their operations. I order spares in November for a GWM, they only actually placed the order in late January after lots of follow up, emails, messages and finally going in again. The disks they got me were wrong (it's ok, that happens) but in order to get back on the road, it turns out another independent supplier was able to give me all the spares over the counter in 30 minutes! I now wait for my refund which is not being processed, event though there own sign says 7-14 days, its now 21 days! If you happy to follow up continuously, get angry then sure you will be happy dealing with them. Their service rates as some of the worst i have ever had from a supplier in this industry!
Bit shocked at some of the negative reviews but hey all to an opinion.. My experience has been great at the Randburg branch. Staff friendly and helpful always when i get there. Awesome range of tools..and mac africa brand good value for money (but you do get what you pay for) The brand is cheaper than average tools, quite a bit, and still ok though but certainly not top range stuff. If i was going to use daily in rough environment, i wouldn't use the brand, but household and occasional..absolutely!
Last week I reported one of our transmitter/receivers no longer works. The unit is not powering on. I contacted your offices Neotel, was given reference TECH379 317 676. I was assured that the same day a “channel partner” would contact me on how to resolve the issue, be it a new unit etc. We are quite happy to purchase, pay as required as the unit is out of warranty. No one contacted me. I called again, once to be left on hold for 40 minutes, then again to a more helpful lady that advised that the ticket was closed. She assisted, called me back and again PROMISED me a channel partner would contact me Friday last week. It is now Tuesday and we have heard nothing. I have so far spent approximately 2 hrs on the phone. The above is a part copy of the email sent to ********** The response i got was "i am out of warranty, i will need to purchase a new one". I already know this as even stated in my email. It is a simple answer I am looking for.. WHERE/HOW can i get one? No one can tell me whome this "channel partner" is or give me a name so i can go to them. I cannot believe how incredibly hard it is to get a simple answer out of a company this big. I don't normally bring my laundry to air publicly, but desperation has set in! Neotel.. WHERE can i buy a new device and have it programmed?
