Bad customer service
I paid on the 8 may but I'm still waiting for my paid up letter, and another thing I gave them my banking details to deduct on the 27 but suddenly they are deducting from the 22nd which will make unnecessary charges to my account

Bad service
I've been on payment for the past 3 days and now it went back to 0days ago and it's almost 20 days. Alexander forbes is bad on their claims you can't even get through their call center even when you complain on hello Peter they promise to get back to you within 3working days but they don't do that

I claimed my 2pot on the 6th of September and it's been on claim registered since 8 days ago how long does it take for you to verify tax? It would have been nice if all people waited unlike people who claimed after us getting money first

Unsatisfied
I went to buy a cellphone at jet chrishani mall and was told I needed to buy a Sim card which I didn't have a problem with, the problem was when they said I also need to buy 29rand airtime to activate the Sim and had to put that airtime on the new Sim card. 1 I don't understand where this rule comes from 2. Even exact does the same thing I'm very unsatisfied. They ended up selling the phone to me because I decided that I will go to another store that won't tell me about airtime.
