EFT put on hold
I was sent an EFT from my business partner on 9th May for R66 000. FNB has put a hold on it. I was at the branch, and they advised it would be released ASAP, but it's still on hold. Please assist urgently.

Agents cut me off
I made payment and used wrong reference so payment hasn't been allocated. When I call in agent don't know how to assist so just cut me off. Please assist. I used the Wonga reference for payment. 40008211996. Please assist in allocating to correct account.

Poor shoe quailty
In past 4 months I have bought 2 pairs of formal shoes. With in just over a month they start breaking. Sole starts coming loose with glue. They are of very poor quality.
