I ordered tablets from them on the 29th April. It is almost a month and i have yet to receive my tablets. They do not have a contact number, they are only contactable via email. I have been trying for over two weeks with NO RESPONSE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. My overseas products get here quicker!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered food from KFC Killarney gardens and as i am stuck in the office. I had to order a driver. It has been over 40 mins and still no driver. After phone KFC Jessica tells me it is not there problem it is an independent company that does the delivers. WOW lets not take responsibility ... No I have no lunch, no refund .. have to wait up to 7 days for that apparently according to KFC customer care. FOR THIS DAY AND TECH - THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC. THIS IS NOT FUNNY ANYMORE !!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN DOWN SINCE WEDNESDAY (NO WIFI, AFTER VUMATEL WENT DOWN) .. ALL I GET TOLD IS WE ARE SEEING TO IT... IT HAS BEEN ESCOLATED i CALL BULL**** ! I AM ASSUMING I WONT GET THOSE DAYS FREE.. BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP. NO THEY WILL JUST TAKE MY MONEY .. SMILE AND WAVE. WHY MUST WE BATTLE LIKE THIS FOR A SERVICE WE ARE PAYING FOR AND IT IS NOT CHEAP ! I AM TIRED OR BEING QUITE WHILE THE BIG BOYS JUST DO WHAT THEY WANT AND WE MUST ROLL OVER AND SHUT UP. I have a dispute with Transunion as the is a listing on my name that is not mine. I have been trying for over a month now to sort it out. I have sent in asll the docs as required - with the reference number (twice ) and the dispute was cancelled as they did not receive the documents. I have done it again yesterday (with a NEW query number) .. with the previous emails and sent it off.... If today i dont get an sms asking for my ID and proof of address AGAIN! with the new query number i sent yesterday as well as asking for all my docs again... like seriously .. this is supposed to be a company that handles our credit reporting and disputes but they cant read, receive or sort out a freaking email. thats besides the fact they give you 5 days to hand in your info and they take 21 days to sort it out... How are we supposed to trust that the reports you put up for everyone to see is true and accurate... so disappointed that my future and credit report is in your uncapable hands.
So I decided to get engaged.. WHAT A FREAKING NIGHTMARE it has been to get the ring and have it sized. We went to Tygervalley centre the saturday morning.. made all the arrangements for the resizing and collections by that Thursday... The Thursday when i had to collect the ring... No one knew a thing and they had even lost the size of the ring. I was supposed to get engaged that Saturday... JA imagine. Long story short i managed to get it sorted. Then the ring needed to be made smaller. I went to CW this time as i refused to deal with Tygervalley. WOW not wow, the systems were off line... THE ENTIRE DAY ... like what.. we are in 2024 .. how did you do business the entire day yet "off line". If i am done for more than 5 mins... i sort things out. This is not the place if you want great service or any service at all actually. I am so so disappointed in the service. I cant see myself using them again once i have sorted out the resizing. WOW not wow is all i can say
Hi So I app**** for an account with TFG - total sports over a month ago. Sent in all my documentation FOUR TIMES, spoke to a consultant and STILL NOT A WORD FROM THEM. Yet they have done a credit check on me TWICE - which brings down my credit score ... BUT still silence. One would think TFG / Bash would have enough qualified people to manage new accounts or someone to at least say YES / NO you qualify or not. Absolutely bad bad service. I assume i wont get the account because of this bad review but someone needs to wake up someone in the "NEW ACCOUNTS department". AT LEAST STOP DOING A CREDIT CHECK SO I CAN NOW TRY FIX THE DECREASE IN SCORE DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF CREDIT CHECKS DONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shape up TFG (Truworths Foschini Group)
I have been trying for over a month now to speak to Transunion, sort out my credit issue, deal with the credit issue... if any. But do you think i can get someone to help... Sure they have SO MAN WAYS to contact them.. yet none of them are answered or solver the issue. This is the WORST credit beurea I have had to ever ever DEAL WITH .. SHAME ON YOU TRANSUNION ... SOME PEOPLE ACUTALLY WANT TO HAVE A CLEAN NAME AND YOU CANT GET YOUR AT TOGETHER
I went to watch a show at GW - Paid R1200 per ticket - I bought 4. At at the beginning of the show all the people that bought R500 ticket was told to come to the front "make the circle bigger" Now i am all for that but at least refund my R700 per ticket or offer me merch or a discount on another show. NOT HOW WE ROLL PEOPLE
