Appalling service
I ordered tablets from them on the 29th April. It is almost a month and i have yet to receive my tablets. They do not have a contact number, they are only contactable via email. I have been trying for over two weeks with NO RESPONSE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. My overseas products get here quicker!!!!!!!!!!!!

Appalling service
I ordered tablets from them on the 29th April. It is almost a month and i have yet to receive my tablets. They do not have a contact number, they are only contactable via email. I have been trying for over two weeks with NO RESPONSE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. My overseas products get here quicker!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed and order on the 21 December 2025. Still nothing received as of today 12 May 2026 and when corresponding and trying to get a refund I get a so sorry but please check with your local post office. This is a bunch of ****mers. I have reported them to the SACC and NAC and even with that they do not respond. They think they are above the law. We should all stand together and sue them!

Non delivery because of wrong tracking numbers
I had a complaint with Healthwise about non delivery. I received my parcel after 42 days. Customers please check your tracking numbers. Healthwise supp**** me with a DLS number but the Post Office doesn't work with that numbers. You should be supp**** with the correct L number to track your parcel.

Firstly the name says Healthwise South Africa but it should be Healthwise China because the order and initial communication updated the shipping from China. Empty promises and no delivery of order.

Serious Concerns: 42 Days, No Delivery, No Customs Record
I placed an order with HealthWise South Africa 42 days ago and paid extra for priority shipping, which was advertised as being delivered via Courier Guy. However, the tracking information showed that the parcel only arrived in South Africa in early March — more than 30 days after the order was placed. The tracking system now indicates that the package is arriving at the overseas pick up point which makes no sense. I have contacted the company multiple times. While they responded with apologies, they eventually advised me to contact customs myself and provided a phone number to JHB; JHB told me to contact Cape Town. After reaching out, customs says they have no record of the shipment. Based on this experience (which warrants 0 stars not 1 star), I am extremely concerned about the legitimacy of this company. I would strongly caution others to be careful before ordering.
