I have had an inquiry pending for the past fifteen days. I made several phone calls and awaited updates, but to no avail. Today, I called once more and was on the verge of frustration due to the repetitive nature of the responses, where they promised to return my call but failed to do so. However, my experience changed when I spoke with Neal Titus, who not only provided assistance but also returned my call and offered a clear answer to my inquiry. Thank you, Neal; I am truly impressed.
I want to give a big THANK YOU to Dineo Mashao for assisting me with a pothole claim. She is the most efficient individual I have ever worked with regarding a claim. She constantly updated me on the progress, was always friendly and professional. From the beginning to the end, I felt blessed to have been connected to her to get this claim done. Thanks!
Although Laske Nakke Lodge is a 4 star - I would rate them 5 stars. The receptionist is the friendliest person I've met in a long time (although she had to wait for us being late) she still treated us in a friendly, professional manner. The small house, double bed, kitchen, bathroom, living room everything was perfect, clean, modern - and the bed- the best I slept on while on vacation- compared to other venues. We enjoyed Unlimited Wifi, braai, and other facilities. I will for sure go back there. The story behind "Laske nakke" - ek kan ek sal - backward - is so precious. Love this Lodge
I would like to comment Jacques Robinson for the excellent service received on buying a used vehicle. I went to Hyundai on Saturday to get my brake light fixed when he came out to 'chat' about my car. I asked if they have a newer version of my brand and they just happened to. In the end, I end up driving away with my newer Creta on Tuesday. Everything happened so fast, I am still amazed. Whenever I phoned him to ask about this or that - he kept on being friendly and assisted in every way possible. Thanks Jacques.

A few weeks back I went to Nedbank Gezina, only 2 consultants serving all customers, and one consultant was busy with the same client for more than half an hour so the waiting period per client took ages. This morning went to the same branch again around 9:10. After waiting around 20 minutes 2 consultants left for tea. When I asked the gloor manager why both left and or why they don’t take turns she responded with “thats the way we do it”. Very frustrating to be treated like this after being a very loyal customer for years.

His assistance with electronic quotations for my Etios Cross and ordering and sending these parts to the panel beater was awesome. I bought a car from Silverlakes 2nd November. Overall thanks to Rob Pretorius and Elmarie Brits for good service. The reason for my low rating is that "We buy cars" use "FCD Autoglazing and Aluminium" to replace windscreens. Everything came to a standstill when they had to replace the windscreen. Rob waited for them from Monday the 8th, but they were full of excuses. By the 9th Nov - late afternoon I phoned FCD and again lots of excuses of why it takes them 2 days to NOT fit the windscreen. The guy then promised me that they will fit the windscreen before closing time the same day. When I phoned early morning on the 10th Nov I had to discover that this was not done and had to phone them again. At long last, it was done and I received the car late afternoon. This weekend I discovered a huge "gap" on the outside between the windscreen and what seems to be the rubber strip at the bottom of the window, a plastic piece in the corner also came loose. I now have to refit the windscreen but for sure are not taking it back to FCD to be fitted - a total waste of time.
