Xero South Africa I must say is one of the most difficult companies to deal with and to try and get ahold of assistance. They also make promises that cannot be delivered and only throw the problem back at you.
We booked a move with this company and have been querying items on the agreement stated. We have had to follow up several times and the tone of the reply was actually a no-care approach. Then ONLY to receive a call from a manager, Caleb demanding payment in total even though we paid 50% as per the agreement. ON confronting him he became very unprofessional. I requested to speak to a supervisor only to be told he was the supervisor. I then asked to speak to the owner only to be told I am not allowed to speak to the owner at all. I tried to tell the "manager" that is seemed to be very unprofessional only to be shot down. Good start to client relationships

Getting promises and promises but no resolution. Months and months and nothing comes from it
I agree with the relevant post. This company cannot be trusted. They make promises and do not come through and they hang on to money already collected.

I must say we have not had the best experience as a new client of Sunlyn / Sasfin. We recently upgraded our rental agreement for our printer and PBX. The service company subsequently seeded the rental agreement to Sunlyn/Sasfin. We have run into a problem with the service provider within the first month of the agreement and have notified the bank of this. Equipment not working 100% and equipment not installed 100%. The bank in turn has not really made an effort to assist us, their new client, in resolving the matter with the services provider. Taking into account that we now have a joint service provider and that we, in turn, are their new client. I must say this has been very disappointing and quite an eye-opener as to how the industry works.
