I have not had access to my banking profile or mobile app for over a month. Made several calls, emailed screen****s and even took a 60 km trip to the discovery head office in Sandton. Still no access to my account or feedback from the bank. This must he worst and frustrating service ever.....
Great efficient service. Been a long standing client wit Level 7 and recently had a second fiber line installed. 3 days and up and running. All staff from reception to sales, accounts and tech were super friendly and efficient. Keep up the good service!

Must be the worst service ever. No answers, updates and unanswered phone calls to their phone line. Cannot even log on their web site to check progress or status on a case. (still awaiting owner access) Beginning to think this is a scam......Not sure how to recover monies paid to date. Any one thinking of using Fresh Start, please look at alternative service providers for assistance.
The service and assistance from MiWay was simply exceptional, thank you to case handler Pule Tshwale from MiWay. My wife was involved in motor vehicle accident Tuesday morning the 7th January 2020. MiWay through tracker notified me of the accident. Pule by then already contacted medical services to assist my wife at the accident scene. He kept in contact with me whiles on my way to accident scene, making several followup calls on updates. My wife was transported to hospital and received medical care in a very short space of time. Pule arranged conformation in getting the tow in services authorized in minutes. Throughout the following 6 days over the weekend Pule kept me updated on progress of the claim steps. His extremely professional, organized and caring manner in which he handled the entire incident was totally exceptional. His calm professional approach resulted in my wife and I not having to worry about the claim process in this stressful situation. Pule finalized the claim process within 6 days that included a weekend enabling us to replace our totaled vehicle. Thank you Pule and for MiWay that has given Pule the tools to assist us in this professional, caring and organized manner. WELL DONE!
