Telkom poor service
Went in to upgrade my phone, ended up with 4 contacts and everyone is pulling up their shoulder. Was in the branch 5 times and numerous calls .I was told I would be phoned back but nothing. I am now billed for 4 phones.

Worst service ,have never seen such incompetent people together. Tried to change the name on the account ended up with two accounts and none of them working ,even had the area manager here but still no success.

I have taken out a contract in November , since then I have bee billed for two contracts and when I made them aware of this the cancelled one but billed me for early cancelation . I have called numerous times and logged call after call but no success .
