Still waiting for my refund, I returned an item I purchased online to the store on the 24/04/26 and requested a refund they said they can return the funds to my bank account and I gave them the bank card to process. So tell me why it’s the 12/05/26 and I still haven’t received the funds in my account. I have been calling the store and also chatting to the agents on WhatsApp but still no refund. How long should a customer wait to get their refund it’s been almost 3 weeks now
MTN has charged me R1430 to cancel a contract that ended in December. They have been billing me without me knowing. They said all the data they loaded on the expired contract sim has expired and I have to pay R1430 so they can stop charging me on a month to month basis. What I don’t in I why they didn’t tell me in December I need to cancel an expired contract. Now I have paid R1430 they say no we can’t cancel it today we will put the contract on a 20 days notice and charge you an extra R200 for those 20 days until our system updates
I placed my order yesterday 15:30 15/03/2025 still haven’t received my order it’s 16/03/2025 10am . This is the first time I am experiencing this horrible service. Pick and pay please close this service down because clearly you can’t provide the great checkers and Spar provide.
They are sending threats saying they will ruin my credit record but I have repeatedly asked them to close my account since my car was sold. They say I owe them but I don’t. They call me every second week of the month and I have to repeat myself “ I don’t owe you because I cancelled contract and car has been sold “ but that doesn’t help because they just want money which I don’t owe them. Worst service ever
Cancelled my insurance because my car was sold now I have to call multiple times and email to request a refund on the month’s cover money. They also say I have to provide proof my car was sold I sent the documents and they still haven’t refunded me. Why should I proof my car was sold ? Why haven’t you refunded me when you sent me a letter saying cover was no longer valid since I cancelled? Who did you have the contract with me or the bank or the people who bought the car for me? These are questions I am asking myself as I still wait for my refund.
Got a second hand car at Toyota PTA north November 21, what they didn't disclose was it had skipped 2 years service so out of warranty and the car was also junk because a month later it didn't start n they took it in for "repair" only to bring it back worse , I haven't seen that car since April but I am still paying the bank and the dealership won't give me a car to replace the junk they sold me. I don't recommend TOYOTA PTA NORTH to anyone they will lie and take out the battery of your so tracker can't find out where your car is while they say they are fixing it.
The worst car hire service I have ever experienced. They took money from me when I picked up the car as a holding deposit and assured me if I return the car in the same condition I would get my full R1500 back , a month later after returning the car still calling customer service to hear how far my refund process is and they keep giving me different stories. Long story short they will take your money and tell you lies over lies when it's time for a refund. I hope other people don't have to go through the same after reading this.
Disappointed in the service I have received at the pretoria north wonderboom pickup point. They refused to take my return and made me wait hours , I had to call the call center to arrange a cancelation for drop off and still waiting for new reference. How many hour should 1 take to drop off a parcel. Disappointed for real
Got a contract for Data but for the past 2 months my bill has been going up with no good reason it went from R500 to now R800 , I called the call center and the lady who I spoke to was rude and didn't assist me . R300 extra for a fixed contract of R500 what nonsense. Vodacom services is horrible
Worst service ever, I purchased a headboard and decided I didn't want it anymore the next day after delivery I tried to take it back but I was told it should be returned back the same way I purchased it. I called the call center every day for a week and all they did was put me on hold for 20min or more without helping me, I finally got someone to help me but that ended with a promise that someone would come collect this headboard but it's the second week now without help and still stuck with this headboard. Thank you mr price customer care call agent's for making life so horrible.
