I have been with FNB for less than a year now I usually use FNB the glen as im working that site The glen service is very bad 👎.today 26th March I went to Mall of the south FNB branch I had the best service big up to Matsobane the guy is so friendly and helpful 👍 we need people like him in our society.well done matsobane FNB Mall of the south
IM SO DISSAPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE I GOT AT MTN THE GLEN SHOPPING CENTER.THERE IS 2BRANCH AT THE MALL THE ONE NEXT TO CAPITEC THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR.BIG UP FOR THE BRANCH NEXT TO TELKOM SINDI VERY HELPFUL SHE REALLY KNOWS HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS

I had a bad bad service at clicks the Glen Shopping centre. The pharmacist his name is Sanele his service was horrible not friendly The way he was helping it was like he was forced to help me
I am so disappointed and angry with nandos the Glen Shopping. I placed the order at 17h31 they told me it's gonna take 15 minutes. I went back to fetch my order at 18h10 it was not done yet like 39 minutes later And the lady who helped me didn't even apologise. Their manegar pass by I called him explain my situation all he could say is sorry I asked him for the receipt back so that when I sent a complaint I will have the person name who helped he gave it to me knowing that the receipt doesn't show names. The menager was not useful.
Service at MTN the Glen Shopping centre is very bad
I had a bad expirience at steers comaro crossings oakdene. I placed an order waited there until I went to ask if my order was ready and the ladies were standing there talking so loud and laughing while my order was already done by they didn't bother to call the me or call the order number. When I ask them she said I didn't see you sitting there. What is the use of the order number. They didn't even apologise. And it was not the first time this happened
This people they don't deserve 9be in the industry. I struggled with them since the beginning. Now I have moved out gave my 1month notice.the Agent who assisted me her name is Ansie she said to me I must move out before 12 she told me I'm going to receive my deposit money in 14days I haven't receive anything when I call her she's telling me she's not the person who deal with refund the person who deal with that she's on leave.im also working for a company if my colleague is on leave I will try to help the customer. I paid my deposit in full before I can move in now I'm struggling to get it back as promised. I will never ever recommend Trinity Property Boksburg never
They blocked my jet card as they suspected fraud I did go to jet carnival mall the consultant tried calling rcs but no one willing to assist them I also tried calling them they keep on telling me to send my I'd copy which I have. I called last night spoke to anika she confirmed she see 4 emails of my I'd I need to go to the store today I went consultant mokgadi called them with no luck
