Pity I can’t give negative 100 stars. I am extremely concerned by the ongoing negligence and lack of accountability shown by Trinity Properties in handling a serious maintenance issue at our rental property. We reported a leaking geyser over a month ago. After repeated follow-ups, the geyser was eventually replaced. However, the newly installed unit began leaking again almost immediately. Every time we run a bath, hot water drips directly into the same bath we have to use, and it continues dripping for approximately 30 minutes afterwards. This is wasteful, disruptive, and raises clear safety and habitability concerns. The issue was reported again, yet we have received little to no response, no clear plan of action, and no urgency in resolving it. A geyser is an essential service affecting plumbing, safety, and the overall condition of the home. Tenants are legally entitled to a dwelling that is properly maintained and reasonably fit for occupation. The continued failure to properly address this defect, combined with unanswered communication, reflects a serious disregard for these obligations. We have now issued a formal written notice requesting that the defect be remedied within a reasonable timeframe. Should this negligence continue, we will proceed with lodging a formal complaint with the Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal for further intervention. Prospective lessees are urged to exercise caution before signing a lease managed by Trinity Properties. Based on our experience, essential maintenance issues may not be handled with the urgency and professionalism one would reasonably expect. This review is being posted on HelloPeter in the hope that immediate and responsible action will finally be taken. Tenants should not have to escalate matters to a tribunal simply to have basic, essential repairs addressed.

Reading your reviews i see none to little has changed since 2023. Brenda still lacks communication being blatantly ignored when interested in a rental by an agent is just rude and disrespectful I received one vn from Brenda that i will be contacted by someone else regarding a viewing viewing still did not take place its been days ( im sure unit is even taken now by someone else )and my follow up messages go unanswered/ unattended. When i see Brenda's name on my future searches even though how i love the property i wont even attempt contacting her . It is absolutely ridiculous

7 monnths ago I moved to a flat in Elspark closer to my wife work and child's school. Derri Anne flats (what a horrible disaster of a place). Same month i moved in, I complain about bees nest at my bedroom window. This people sent me the care taker who then threw moth ***** in the ceiling. This did bot work and agitated the bees. I phoned and contacted TRINITY PROPERTIES again to ask for help this thia. They answered me by telling me they will send someone over with a can of DOOM. As to where i told these people bees are endagered. Im movong out in a weeks time. This Trinity people doesnt care about your safety, just money. Before i moved in this place, the place was filthy. I took pictures of all damaged and badly painted walls where the stove was covered in paint. They do nothing. Windows at this place doesnt even close properly. Trinity rent out junl properties with no service at all. When i moved in this place the rent was around R6000. In 6 months time im paying R7700. Each month with electricuty increasing by R200. I dont even own a heater. Since the day i moved in here no service was produced by Trinity in any manner. They left me with a dirty place to move in and expect me to leave it clean. I have a proper damage list that was wrong with this place. There was not enough space on the paper. The ceilings are cracked and al the junk in the ceiling falling on my food in the kitchen, inside my cupbourds you cant store your clothes because of the stuff falling on your clothes. Be carefull for Trinity Properties with their junk properties. Stay away. Rather rent private.

Trinity Properties is the WORST! I would give them a zero star if I could. The agents (Brenda Smit and Christy Gardner) are horrible with requests to maintain the property, they ignore emails and follow ups or just don't communicate at all. They are highly unprofessional and do not care about tenants but are quick to implement rental increases and unexpected costs . My previous agents were not great but so much better than Trinity.. honestly disgusted.

Trinity Properties is the WORST! I would give them a zero star if I could. If I could give -1 stars I would! Trinity Properties are the absolute worst! I am astounded at the lack of service from this agency. Gate at complex has been giving issues for months, Almost a week now we have been without a functioning gate leaving us vulnerable and exposed. Trinity couldn't be bothered less about the safety of their residents. Roraima Flats....you have to beg and beg and beg and beg for any maintenance to be done. Their agents are absolutely unprofessional and Brenda is forever m.i.a. STAY FAR AWAY FROM TRINITY PROPERTIES....YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! Have lived here for years, am talking from many years worth of experiences.

If I could give -1 stars I would! Trinity Properties are the absolute worst! I am astounded at the lack of service from this agency. Gate at complex has been giving issues for months, Almost a week now we have been without a functioning gate leaving us vulnerable and exposed. Trinity couldn't be bothered less about the safety of their residents. Roraima Flats....you have to beg and beg and beg and beg for any maintenance to be done. Their agents are absolutely unprofessional and Brenda is forever m.i.a. STAY FAR AWAY FROM TRINITY PROPERTIES....YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! Have lived here for years, am talking from many years worth of experiences.

Trinity properties and utilities have switched off my electricity after their agent gave me the wrong meter number from December until April that's when I got correct meter number and when I tried to purchase electricity at pick n pay I got an error message I then told the agent she said she will sort it out. Not has been sorted out until this day on and they telling me to pay so they can reconnect my electricity which is not my fault that their agent gave me wrong meter number.

This people they don't deserve 9be in the industry. I struggled with them since the beginning. Now I have moved out gave my 1month notice.the Agent who assisted me her name is Ansie she said to me I must move out before 12 she told me I'm going to receive my deposit money in 14days I haven't receive anything when I call her she's telling me she's not the person who deal with refund the person who deal with that she's on leave.im also working for a company if my colleague is on leave I will try to help the customer. I paid my deposit in full before I can move in now I'm struggling to get it back as promised. I will never ever recommend Trinity Property Boksburg never

The service i received from Trinity properties is appalling You inquire about a complex and then 3 different agents phones you to ask you to come view the place yet your application form is already submitted The receptionist Christy, does not have a clue how to speak to potential clients and contradicts herself in such a way that she cuts the call. The Agent, Brenda makes empty promises that she cant keep. When you confront them about their statements they hang up on you and inform you that the place has been sold to a previous applicant. However 2min ago there was no other interested buyers in the complex I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DEALING WITH TRINITY PROPERTIES AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH BRENDA EITHER Worst service i have ever received. They should rather work for the government, they are just as useless!!!!!!!!!!
