This company is so bad. I logged a ticket Monday 19 Jan to come and move my line. Today is 26 Jan and nobody fron Frogfoot has even called me yet. Very very bad service.
This company is so bad. I paid for.same delivery but only half the merchandise were delivered. The delivery lady can only sorry that is what it is. I want my money back because why do you pay for same delivery to only get the other half 2 days later.
Very bad experience. I went with my family to the town and I parked in the parking area. The manager came out and asked me if we are going to the restautant. I politely rep**** No we are going to the beach now. He then said they are busy and that I need to move my car out of their parking area. Who was to say that I would not have gone to the restaurant after the beach. But after that rude gesture from the manager I decided not to spend my money at the restaurant. Would not go back to them ever again.
I did medicals on 04/04/2023 and had to redo the test again 3 weeks after that. On both occasions there was no result. I asked Ampath to pay back my R 6,000.00 as I cannot pay for something that gives no results. They originally said it takes 7 - 14 working days for the money to pay back to me but now when I spoke with them they said now it takes 14 - 21 working days. This so unprofessional and please do not support them.
I was on debt counseling until 2021. I paid off all my debt and received my clearance certificate. Since November 2021 until today FNB keeps on declining me for a Credit Card yet my credit score is Good and nothing is red flagging it. Just to find out Monday 28 November 2022 that FNB Credit Card Department placed me under sequestration. I then explained to them that I was not sequestrated but on debt counseling. They then fixed the mistake but keeps on declining me for a Credit Card. Please think twice before you go to FNB as they are not a bank that looks at your personal portfolio but rather choose to departmentalize and do not look at the bigger picture. Now I am going to move my stuff over to another bank who is willing to take me. I do not want to leave FNB but they leave me no choice.
Be carefull. I bought a Ruusel and Hobbs blender in 2020. The product has a 2 year waranty. The product is just over 1 year old and the motor burnt out. I took it back but now takealot.com says that I have to pay for the repairs and that I should have registered my second year on Russel and Hobbs website the waranty. They are a bunch of crooks.
Please be careful when signing a gym contract with Planet Fitness. 1 May 2021 was a Saturday and they do not operate over weekends to cancel a contract. When I called Monday 03 May 2021 they said that I have to give a calendar month notice and that the contract will only be cancelled 30 June 2021 and I have to pay for the contract for 01 June as well. I really feel that they are a bunch of crooks and they are blood sucking ticks. Where can one report a company like this because this is ripping off people.
