I am writing this review with great sadness in my heart Never in my life have I ever been so humiliated and belittled and this coming from a manager. I bought food with my promo app. The food was unsatisfactory just like the manager. I asked a simple question like how come it takes twenty minutes for my order to be packed when the shop was not even busy. I walked into an empty store. The manager decided that he was going to pack the food himself and then decided to basically throw me the bag and shouted and for a next time don't question what is happening at the back that is when things escalated because now I am upset. I opened the food to find that this is not even what I ordered. I decided to take my phone out and record our interaction upon doing this his attitude immediately changed. I did use a few cuss words as it seems that I was not getting through to this guy. He then handed me a meal that looks like it was just throw together. He then proceeded to tell everyone that I am going on but didn't even pay for the food it was bought on promo. Which another person added on she's getting free food why is she going on. As if I didn't pay for to get that points. His behavior as a manager is disgusting. I cannot believe people get treated this way. I left the store with no food, points gone from my app and a little dignity. If this is the way people get treated at McDonald's then I will never buy from you again.
McDonald's drive thru Liberty Promenade service is below average. Its either your meal is wrong or its cold. They need to better their service and be more consistent.
I laid a complaint about the quality of the food we received which included warm drinks and burnt patties. The way the situation was handled was really not great. We had to drink hot drinks and it seemed like the business was doing me a favor to not burn the patties. This morning I got an sms that said issue resolved however no one contacted meMcDonald's Case INC-EC191-0ED9BE is resolved. Wow just wow, I do not know if I am only dealing with Robots but who ever the customer service people are don't know emphathy. I placed an order last month and got the wrong size. I decided okay just keep the shoes and place another order... After making sure the size was placed correctly ding ding ding again wrong. Mind you they will not cancel not change it. After promising that they will ensure the order will be correct. Guys do not buy this time of the year because you won't even get a full refund.
I am quite dissatisfied with my online order. I received my items just to find out that there is missing items. I've been trying to call the customer care line since I received my order this morning but to no avail. This is truly unbelievable.
I bought a meal last night and was kind of disappointed. The food was okay, but the presentation was so poor. For prices that is Spur's range I expected better. The Greek salad looked like I was about to a feed a rabbit, I receive no cutlery, serviettes nor condiments. I purchased a Burrito and did not even get my Guacamole dip. The Burrito I give a 5/10 as it was lacking something. The cashier and the young man who assisted me with serviettes and cutlery provided very good customer service. The kitchen staff are slacking I am sorry to say.
Such a wonderful and helpful team, they assisted me with debt review and the removal of it. Their time period is as accurate as they said. Thank you so much for the excellent service I have received. Keep up the good work.
After trying to get hold of this company I finally got through to them via this platform. I was asked to send them pictures of the bed. After they supposedly couldn't open the attachments after 3 days, I was told that the exchange/refund could not be authorized due to the bed being in an UNSANITARY condition. Those words are enough to make any customer feel like they are worthless and dirty. The UNSANITARY conditions was TAMMY BRANDT is referring to is a few stains on the mattress. I was told due to the warranty card stating this. Ironically the warranty card states if no such thing. The bed was an issue from the beginning. Within the first 6 months the legs came off and the base tore. I informed the store of what happened and nothing came to it. The springs of the mattress you can feel and me rotating the mattress every month is not eve working. The mattress is sagging, but Restonic prides themselves with a 10 warranty and it seems the bed was made to last for only 10 months. The Customer care consultant was so blatant and her choice of words is very upsetting.
I am so disappointed in Restonic. I registered my bed for its warranty. Uploaded everything required and then I tried to claim last year. I am still waiting on their response. Within the first months of purchasing the bed , the legs of the bed broke off. The bed didn't even reach half of its warranty period and it started sagging already. Now I must sleep uncomfortably.
I have never met a customer service senior so arrogant as the one I spoke to from Agoda. I asked for my accidental cancellation to be withdrawn as I would like to keep the booking. Mind you this is seconds later after it happened. Now I must wait 40 days for a refund, whereas the refund could've been cancelled and the booking continued.
