I'm so tired of Absa. You pour petrol then you can't pay it says you've reached a limit while you haven't used your car in days. I went to Absa Boulders mall and they told me there's nothing wrong with my card or limits it's just system maintenance they also have been struggling for the day with some functions. The lady suggested I open another account to use in the meantime I declined but when I check my App there's an account and I get welcome notifications about the new account. So annoyed. A week or so has passed since I wend to Absa but the problem is still there. I get notifications at night that I've reached my limit as if someone is currently using my card while I'm asleep. My car insurance tried to debit but failed but there's money in my account. PayJusyNow tried to debit but failed. Let me know if you no longer want me as a client instead of acting weird on my account then I'll go to another bank. Maybe you want to debit your car installment from your competitor. You're messing with my profile with these failed debits nxa
Why did I pay for same day delivery for my juicer but received it the following day while your delivery guy noted it received by by me on the day I ordered to make it seem like you provide good service? Why was I ****med?????????
I bought a Juicer yesterday and paid for the same day delivery and they said it will be delivered before 5pm. I waited until 17:25 only for the driver to call me at 17:31 asking if I'm still at work mxm. The driver noted my item as delivered to me to fool TakeALot. Lying and saying I received an item when I didn't just shows that one day I won't even get it. I only got the item today. Before you buy from these ****mers check if you won't find the item on Amazon first. I was charged for same day delivery for nothing. Rats.
I would like to extend gratitude to Absa. I got a call that my credit card is about to expire which I wasn't aware of and they issued me another one and within a short period it was delivered to my preferred branch for collection. That is exceptional service and I appreciate the care.
Bought perfumes and I thought delivery will be delayed because it's December. Guess what, I got my perfumes before my takealot order which I placed before the perfumes. Best service. My go to perfume place
I just called the vodacom 0821958 and selected the contract cancellation side. Agent asked for my vodacom nunber and I told her I don't know it but its tje one I'm using. She insisted I confirm it and asked her I will have to log onto the App to check it because I do not know it. She responded with no problem then while awaiting for thw App to load ahe thwn disconnected my call. She knew exactly what she was doing by insisting on me confirming the number when there's plenty other security questions she could've aske. Why when I call the systems asks me to select # if I'm calling from the Vodacom number then insist on me confirming it. I still want to cancel. Your agents can drop my calls all they want to protect their month end targets but I want to cancel. Who know a contract number by head?????
I was hijacked and I reported the incident and my claim has been finalized already. The hijacking was towards end July. The service at Naked insurance was so amazing. My claim handler was Khanyisile Ntuli. I really appreciate her service. She was so helpful from start to handling my car hire and extending my days. I'd like to thank Naked insurance team especially Khanyi. I would recommend the company to anyone who's looking for insurance. 10 out 10
Waiting for almost an hour when I only found 3 people in the queue and when it was my turn he went on lunch. Are we at Home affairs. Waiting for so long for a mere card collection is pathetic. How do I then wait for someone to finish eating?????? Why do you only have one service agent? Please check cameras for proof and tell me if you're proud.
Took my car for service. Signed papers before leaving and they called me to tell me that the system shows that I'm renting the car. I asked why would the system show that when this is my car and she said she doesn't know. Then she asked for my ID and address and I figured that's why she felt she should lie instead of telling me she forgot to take my ID and address. Then this morning I'm opening my cubby hole and my things are wet including the service receipt they gave me because they left oil in the cubby hole. How did oil even get there? The oil has no smell and it's clear. My mistake was not checking the car before I left because I was driving back to work but I trusted them as a service centre. Never again. I need to find another service centre even if it's far from where I live.
The Tobi robot thing has got into Vodacom's head that they are no longer willing to assist even if you initiate a conversation via emai. I want to speak to an agent? Whet is that so hard when your Tobi has limited options
