This company double deducted my account.when I query about it....we both agreed that since they took twice the money the following month they must not deduct anything.they did not keep their promise because the same amount was taken from my bank.i requested for a refund.Vertex solutions is taking me from pillar to post about the refund.on the 15th may I was told the money will reflect as it has been paid.today is the 18th may I called and I'm told they are waiting for money from the client.to make things worse they have finance department that process refund but when I asked to be transferred they claim there is no direct number to finance.everytime I call there is a new story.this bunch of ****s are not to be trusted
I went to the shop for eye test to renew my drivers licence.when I get to the shop it was 17h27. I asked for an eye test.the ladies that were on duty on the 30 Aug 2023 at Westgate Mall said they are not taking any customer.i asked why because they only close at 18h00 and I'm 30 min early because I'm from work.the one with short blonde hair refused and ignored me like I did not exist.the attitude she gave me was uncalled for.the other lady with a head wrap wearing a skirt did not come to me as a customer to offer me service.she just ignored me.i felt less of a human being.i will never recommend any1 to that center because of this shop.why would they ignore me and assist other clients.im super hurt.to think that I drove all the way to get 0% service with nusty attitude.was my request not worthy to be honored.
African bank offers a voucher of R150 if you swipe their saving card 10 times a month.I've been doing that and they would send me an sms with a code to claim the voucher but I will end up not getting the message with the wicode.November 2020 I did nother even get the message with the code.December 2020 they sent the message in January with the code but they never sent the wicode buy yet they keep on updating you on how many swipes are left for you to claim the prize.their rewards department does not answer their phones.the email provided on their rewards department is useless because immediately you email them.......they send you a number and the name of a person who solved your query and emmediately they want you to rate them of how they solved the problem which was never solved in the first place.the African bank rewards departments are scams
I payed my dstv account on thursday through the payat link on whatsapp. I called for them to reconnect my chanels and they said i should send proof of payment....which i sent countless time but no help.when i call they make me hold for 40 minutes and cut the call and they never phone back at all.ive called more than 10 times and the consultants put me on hold and cut the call.ive received the worst annoying service ever.i dont want anything to do with Multichoice but they must refund me the money i used to call them and for my subscription
On the 6 December 2017 I contacted cell c customer care for assistance with voicemail.I got this other consultant whom I had to explain more than once but still couldn't get help or try to source some information from her supervisor. She was not willing to assist as if I am the one who forced her to go to work.I then called again then I got a friendly consultant who assisted me well.she gave me a service that deserves an Oscar award.she made me hold while she was sourcing information for me.I've never felt so happy with a consultant like that before.I failed to rate her because I dropped the call by mistake and I feel guilty as she went through a lot to assist me thats why I'm escalating this to hello peter so that they can check it out and listen to the calls.thank u to my one and only second consultant
