I received my order on Friday, 19th July 2024 to have only 2 out of the 5 gluten free bread crumbs I ordered and paid for. I phoned them to ask where is the rest and said they will refund me. Still waiting for the refund even though my banking details were sent on Friday, 18th July 2024.
I have been trying since the 22nd January to try and open a small business account for a sole proprietor and still no luck. Everytime i phone they say they have all my details and id link, verified etc but the account is not open. I ask someone to assist me to open the account and then i get put through to someone else, i explain everything again, get told the samething and then get transferred to someone else. Still nothing has been resolved.
I wanted to buy power banks for my restaurant for customers to charge their phones while their is loadshedding etc. I received the order after a few days of placing the order online. I decided to open one power bank and charge so i could see how it worked etc. I was very disappointed with the product as it only charged 23 percent of my phone and then the power bank was dead. It said the power bank was 20000mha which i thought this was powerful as the one i have at home is 5000mha and could charge two phones complete. But this was not the case. So i logged a complaint and asked for the products to be returned. I was told i need to send the items back at my own cost and 15% handling fee will be charged. Okay so i sent it to their warehouse. Customer service accepted the products and asked for proof of baking details for them to do the refund. I sent everything through and was told it would take up to 7 working days. I am still waiting for the refund even though the seven working days has long time gone. Nothing as yet and everyday i am trying to contact snatcher etc and no response, phone gets put down etc.

Last week Wednesday, 16th November 2022 i brought my Candy washing machine to Makro Germiston as it is faulty and under warranty. I was told by the returns department that they do not take faulty washing machines in. I must write down all my details on the back of the copied invoice and someone from Makro will phone me to make an appointment where they come to your house to access the washing machine etc. It is Sunday, 19th November 2022 and still no one has phoned me to make an appointment. I have phoned Makro Germiston three times now and given all my details and even written a complaint to Makro head office and still nothing. I keep givinf my details but nothing gets done. Customer service from Makro is absolutely shocking. I am sitting with a washing machine that is broken that i cannot use and thats the bottom line.
Would like to say a huge thank you to George for the really helpful first aid course. We learnt so much and definately will be helpful in the future in the restaurant industry. Was a pleasure dealing with you.
The worst courier company i have ever dealt with. Still waiting for my refund to be paid from 7th February 2022. I wanted to send documents to an embassey and the consultant gave me a price which i accepted and paid. An hour later, the consultant emailed me to inform me the made a mistake and sent the correct price. it was thousands of Rands more than the original price. I asked for the collection to be cancelled and a refund. The consultant cancelled the collection and asked me to send relevant documents for the refund which i did straight away. Was told it would take 14 working days... Its nearly two months now and I am constantly asking whats happening with no reply.
Bathroom Bizarre Edenvale One of the best customer service I have ever received from a company in South Africa. Well lets put it this way, if it was not for Dineo - customer consultant, this branch would not be the way it is. If I could give this consultant more than five stars I would. My husband and I spent one Saturday driving and shopping around to various companies for three full bathroom supplies. We were looking at prices, quality, styles etc. My last stop was Bathroom Bizarre which was our first time and by sheer luck we were at another company and say the bath special sign... Good outside avdvertising. We were greeted by such a friendly security guard that sprayed some hand sanitiser onto our hands and said "Welcome". We started looking around and felt very over whelmed because of the amount of products and choices there were but all of a sudden like a bathroom angel, Dineo was there. She asked if she could assist and it was game on. We were like children in a candy store, choosing items, cancelling items, Dineo showing us better options etc. Wow, after maybe an hour and backwards and forwards with our decisions, Dineo went to put everything together and give us a quote. She had not written anything down, no hand held device... nothing, she remembered everything in her head. I said to my husband, "oh boy this is going to be a mess". So we waited and four pages later of items, Dineo went through the quote with us. IT WAS PERFECT, sorry come again, IT WAS PERFECT. The bathroom guru has done her work. So off we went and couple of hours later after accepting the quote, we did an EFT. From payment to delivery of our items, Dineo kept us notified, explained stock changes ( shower doors being delivered by another branch) etc. Delivery was smooth and still Dineo phoned to ask if everything was good, no issues etc. Thank you Dineo for making our bathroom journey a great one. We will definately be back for all the bathroom accessories as soon as all the bathrooms are done. Keep up your positive vibe and outstanding customer service. ps. We will post pictures of final bathrooms once done.
I signed up for a life insurance policy with Old Mutual. Been debiting my account for a few months now and still have not received my policy. I have requestes numerous of times for them to email it to my email addreaa and nothing. Really not impressed with the customer service.
