I would like to thank Shannon Perreira at CC Back Office for his help and assistance with my problem experienced with my CC statement. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and understand my explanation of my issue the first time. He phone me back as promised after make a effort to obtain the necessary information for his feedback. For his effort i gave him a 10. I hope Nedbank acknowledge Shannon service to clients as most of the consultants is not on the same level with regards to product knowledge like him.
Very poor service from Nedbank Call Centre receive regarding CC statement reference number 606992540 Wisdom. Please can a competent Manager contact me.

Bonitas, no customer service *********** All you seem to do is allocate reference numbers. You answer every single email with a new reference number, but nothing is being done. Myself and my wife are members of Bonitas for around 15 years. I the main member of Standard Select (24002919876) and she main member of Bonsave (24004066686) for last year. Before that we were on Bonsave. On 26 November i change option to became main member on Bonsafe and my wife a dependent member. Its three weeks later now. They change my option but i am still struggle to get my wife registered as a dependent member. This is so frustrated as i think they just dont care for members but can deduct premiums very fast. Very poor service stay away people!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I experienced a lot of irritation with Nedbank and Nedbank Call Centre. My Credit card statement dated 11 Sept - 10 Oct a amount of R30.43 + Vat ( additional Card Fee) was deducted twice. I need to mentioned that this is the 3rd time this year since i start monitoring my statement. First call to call center 18\10 reference 87951718 according to consultant nothing wrong. Second call 22\10 ref. 88006483 consultant noted my query and submit it to credit card dept. After no response third call on 30\10 speak to Nicolene very helpful and advise that a person called Tasneem will call me in 10 minutes. Well a day later no call received. Previous time over R100 was deducted erroneously from my account. Are they really this *********** or is something else going on ?. Bottom line query still not sort out very POOR service.
I try to make a booking to the UK with this Travelwings and after I make my payment i receive an error that my booking failed with reference number F574772.I call them and talk to a person which ask me to hold on. After 12min the line went off. I call again and talk to a lady called Nikita. Eventually she was very helpful and also call me back. Problem not solved and she ask me to make another booking as the price has gone up. I make another booking after about an hour and the issue was experienced after i make my payment. So I call again and talk to a gentleman and i ask for Nikita. No Nikita will call me back but this never happens. Now what now I am still without my booking with two error messages due to failed /denied transactions by Travelwings This is extremally poor service no wonder they only have a 2 star rating. I will never dealt with them again
Good Day Refer our stay 22 to 25 September 2021. I would like to thank your amazing staff for their hospitality, friendliness and always helpful to help and to assist. The huge comfortable room were always cleaned on time, the breakfast was great with a variety to choose from and I will visit you again anytime Furthermore I also like to mention the kitchen management and chefs for their effort to keep everybody happy job well done. Cant complain about anything. As they said first impressions last forever therefor I must mentioned the name of the receptionist "TAMMY" who immediately let us feel welcome she is a awesome lady and of great value for the Hotel. I would like Management to inform her of my appreciation for her kindness and assistance. Thank you and regards Kobus du Preez
i AM SUPPOSED TO GET 2GIG DAYTIME AND 2 GIG NIGHT TIME DATA EVERY MONTH ON THE 26. FOR JUNE 2020 I ONLY RECEIVE 2 GIG. WHEN QUERY MTN JUST SAY I RECEIVED ALL MY DATA END OF THE STORY FOR THEM. NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY STEAL MY DATA BUT I HAVE NEWS FOR THEM GOING TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT
NEVER BUY A DEFY PRODUCT - NO AFTER SALES SERVICE OR CUSTOMER CARE Further to my letter dated 25 May 2020 on HP Defy send out a technician 27 May who just come to look at my problem. On 28 of May they were back to replace the fan but they bring the wrong part. A new part needs to be ordered from Cape Town which is 70 km away. Several call were made to the technician on the 4 June and 10 June and they just respond that the part were ordered. On the 11 June they arrived at my home to remove the part from my fridge as according to them Defy send the wrong part so the technician will took the part to CT. Meanwhile I myself call Defy in CT and from one lady to another one eventually took my details so that a Manager Mr Christopher will call me. Its 18h00 and I am still waiting for the Call of the Manager meanwhile my stuff is busy to defrost and now I had a new problem. People never buy any Defy product they had no after sales service although my product is still under guarantee. The door of the fridge is also still broken and I am waiting for a quotation now for 3 weeks
