I had the worst experience with Gadija Israel from Rawson Properties in Newlands/Rondebosch. We booked a viewing for 5pm for a Tuesday and that was a day that I have to take my boy to soccer practice at exactly the same time. I asked her if I can’t make it by 5:30 explaining my reasons for the request. She said no, it’s either I’m there or not. So I decided to arrange transportation to fetch my kid from school to soccer practice. I was on my way to view the property by 15:30 so I can beat traffic as I’m living far. An hour before I got there she called to cancel. That’s fine I decided to go watch my boy at practice She calls me next day saying I should come at 5pm again. I confirmed I will be there. I fetched kids at school and drove straight there got there by 5:04pm and I decided to call her at 5:05pm to check where is she as I see no one at the property. She shouts at me and say she has been waiting for me since 4:45pm and decided to leave at 5:05 pm and there is no way she is turning back for me why didn’t I tell her I’m on my way and that she is in traffic I wasted her time and so on. Mind you I’m in the car with my kids who are shocked by this women shouting at me and disappointed at the same time as they were looking forward to view the house. And I’m just holding the phone unable to respond because of shock. I just said okay and dropped the phone. After a while I gathered strength to tell her how rude and disrespectful she was and all the things I had to go through in order to be here She blankly told me she will see when the next viewing will be. No apologies whatsoever. I told her to remove me from her list Gadija Israel you call yourself a lady but you disrespect people like that.The diesel I wasted for 2 days driving there you should refund me. You don’t deserve to be working with people you are rude and unprofessional
I booked flights to Dubai with booking.com and sent a cancellation in March and they said it’s cancelled. But when I check with Emirates there was no cancellation done from their side sent by Booking.com. As I read here several complaints about Booking.com that means it’s a ****. It’s robbing people’s monies. I want my money back Emirates is waiting on them to send cancellation now it’s nearing the date of departure which was supposed to be the 19th
This happened twice with Aramex not delivering my parcels to my clients. The mistake I made is not taking my copy of the way bill and they saw that as an opportunity not to deliver the parcels. I had no choice but to replace them. That means they are not reliable. This is the last time I will be using them. They have lost a good client because my line of business requires me to courier all the time.
Worst service ever you pay for overnight and receive your damaged package after a week. They just don't care that you loose customers because of their inconsistency. I'm changing them I have tolerated them far too much. WORSE THAN PEP
Went to purchase a car from Hyundai in N1City and they told me I've been approved. I then was asked to deposit R50000. When I went to pick up the car i was told it was rejected and now I'm asked for indemnity forms which I don't even know where I get. Hyundai I want my money back!!
We are an organization called Amanina Zintsika housing project we use Standard Banks service. We just discovered that our account has been have in and our funds and transactions are know to the public. We reported the case of fraud four weeks ago at Standard Bank. Two weeks down the line nothing was done, we then called and went to them having done our own investigation towards the case but still no feedback as the perpetrator has still access to our account. My dismay in all this they are not even trying to prevent this from continuing. This is one of the reasons of high fraudulent activities in these Banks because they don't take clients claims seriously.
