Very disappointed with the delivered item. What I ordered off their website and what I got is a disgrace. I was very embarrassed. The delivered item only had a few roses in and some of them where wilted and brown. It was also delivered late - same day to me means at least before 3pm - not 18:37.
Afternoon. My son Rouxben Viljoen app**** online for an Aspire card about 2-3 weeks ago. We uploaded all the necessary documents and it was successful. He has been to the branch in Reds Mall, Rooihuiskraal, Centurion to enquire about the physical card but they couldn't assist him. He cannot do any online purchases as he cannot see the full card number, expiry date or CVV. Unfortunately he cannot received calls while at work - only after 4pm during the week. This is totally unacceptable that he has to struggle to get the physical card. We have been communicating through the 'robot chat' on the banking app but they cannot assist either! What do we do now?
My Sanlam loan was settled in September 2023. After numerous emails and calls my credit record still shows that my account is 'open' and I am owing. Can someone please call me to sort this out once and for all!
My loan was paid up in September 2023. Clear Score still shows I am owing Mr Price! My account is paid!
My credit reports still show that my Sanlam Loan is in default but the debt was settle in September 2023. I have a settlement letter to prove this. I have been struggling to get this default removed from my credit report.
Absolute ****mers. Our company booked training, paid and never got a link to the training. I have requested a refund a few times, but they don't come to light. Do not use these people for an kind of training
Akasia Municipality is the most pathetic. Electricity was cut to our property on Tuesday (11 December 2018). All payments made on Wednesday. Connection emails sent to the reconnection department and still no reconnection done!!!
No funds received either. Loan approved on 29 October - no payout yet. Michelle phoned me yesterday stating they moved over to a new system and only have ONE lady authorized to release payments. ONE lady doing the payments?! Why? If they have such a backlog? Got a stupid sms last night apologizing for the 'SLIGHT' delay in payouts. Getbucks never took so long in past - within 24 hours all monies were paid out from approval to wallet to bank account. This is getting ridiculous and the service is not improving in the slightest.
Get Bucks? Get Nothing!!! My funds have still not been paid to me. Loan was approved on 29 October 2018. Everyday the same story - will be paid out later today!!! Debit order is loaded for payment but for what. So furious. Getting the run around. Pathetic service!
My wallet payout of 12 October 2018 is not reflecting in my bank account! It has been a week now. Each time I phone or send an email it's the same answer - technical problems with payouts - they cannot say how long it is going to take for payments into bank accounts!!!! And we have to pay the GetBucks debit order end of the month - for what?
