worst service ever , I feel ****** !!! i bought brand new car tiggo 7 pro and i have had endless problems, and the service from one sales man and manager is pathetic, i have callled numerous times and i have sent the car in for repairs (brand new car) still the fault is not fixed . they are failing to give me a new car they keep sending me back and forth and yet i pay every month ! !!
Worst service ever, I visited the gateway store today to exchange an item that was a gift and I was told I cannot exchange it because it was worn, the gift was purchased Saturday and I'm returning Monday, Im told they can't change it because it has been overworn, I'm really angry and disappointed that I have to keep an item I don't like at all. Please don't ever bother buying a gift or even do your shopping at that brand, they are useless as if it's a kasi owned, common sense tells you, how can a show be overworn in 2 days. FOCUS and shift your shopping to different brand coz Wow
Honestly can't believe I have to wait for so long to get assistance with assisted sale, I'm waiting because senior management is out of office for few days and there is no one else to authorize final offer, this is ridiculously painful and draining. So disappointing that' I'm not a priority, yet I've been with the bank for so many years as a customer.
My vehicle was stolen, they didn't help me at all, useless tracker ever, would not recommend it for females, maybe they only treated me like that because I couldn't speak for myself and raise my voice, they don't even want to cancel my membership, what am I paying for when they refused to assist me when my vehicle was stolen. Ive spoken to a lady this morning and advised the cancelation department will help and she dropped the call on me.
I'm sooo disappointed with the service at netstar, I called in a week ago and I was happy with the qoute and took the qoute I got for my Car tracker, ever since that phone call I was suppose to get a call from the fitment department, I have never, worse I have been calling non stop to find out what's going on and every agent I speak to says they don't know why they never call, they will call to find out and give me feedback but they never call back, I used my own airtime to call for something that was promised would be done after the phone call upon me agreeing to take the tracker. I'm just so fed up, If this is how they start a relationship with a new client I don't want to continue the relationship, simply failing to provide me with the service you are suppose to be providing, I've already taken the deal and they fail to come and install, ridiculous really, I wouldn't recommend anyone to do new business with the company. Worst service ever.
If I was able to rate a zero I would, my online order wasn't delivered to the address I captured, when I'm asking for my order delivery to be checked and escalated, all I hear is your order has been delivered, I want my refund, Cleary woolies decided to be father Christmas to someone, costing me a gift that was bought for my daughter 's birthday tomorrow, worst service ever.
it is so important to have a car tracker nowadays but these people we talk to on the phone for assistance are worst ever , when i initially joined they had quoted me a different amount but my debit order is a different amount and i had inquired about this since last year february, it’s over a year now , eventually i asked them to cancel the services but they refuse as if i’m obliged to stay with them , i’ve been calling every consultant says it has been cancelled but they keep visiting my account 4 times a month !!!!!!! and i occur bank charges over something i’ve canceled but to my luck these blood sucking companies keep doing as they please on clients accounts , it’s a disaster !!!! i would not recommend anyone to do business with !!!!!! i pay charges every month and receive sms every month demanding their money !!!!! which means i’m forever going to be paying charges just because they don’t want to cancel this service . disgusting service .
I joined the gym when I was Fit and willing to gym , my contract was for 2 years , however during my contract I had a knee injury and was unable to gym , having advised them of my situation the answer they gave me I made an arrangement and have to stick to it , how can I go to gym when my knee is giving me problems , I did not predict I was going to have any injury .. I was so frustrated that no one had cared n I’m being charged for not going to the gym when I’m unfit to do so . It’s ridiculously stupid . It’s pathetic how they go so far just to get a sale ... Done With Them
I had 2 accounts at African bank but due to financial problems I occurred I could not pay as per arrangement,however when I was able and willing to pay I was given a settlement amount for both accounts n settlement date was within 5 working days , paid up the account n received paid up letters saying accounts paid , However I’m very disgusted that such a huge organization like this was able to follow and nag me for payments when I couldn’t pay and now that I’ve paid up the accounts they can’t seem to do one simple task to have my name removed , I’m very disappointed and would never advise anyone to go to African bank !! I’ve spoken to 5 different ppl there and they all advise “it will be sorted “ I’m sick and tired of these blood sucking cruel bank .
