2 weeks waiting for a order. First there payment portal did not work, but took the money from my credit card, then took them 5 days to sort this out. then i get told i will get delivery today in the morning. I have been at home the hole day, cannot go anywhere Then i manage to get the drivers number and told over the phone by the driver that I will deliver when I want to and cannot give you a time. This is from WumDrop. On there web site states the following: Great question. It depends on which delivery timeframe you choose when you place your order. Priority: Priority corresponds to on-demand or instant delivery. We’ll pick up your parcel in the 30-minute time slot you give us, and we’ll deliver it within 120 minutes after pick-up. Standard: Standard corresponds to same-day delivery. We’ll pick up your parcel in the morning, and we’ll deliver it before 17:00 on the same day. Our average delivery time is 39 minutes. The collection of my order was 10:13 this morning Worst experience of my life ordering from Makro I would not recommend this at all Rather pay the extra money and order from TakeAlot, they at least keep there promises. Spent over R500 phoning makro and then you wait like 30min just to speak to someone and then another 30 min while they try find out what is happening
I have ICC software, According to there web site i can get a Upgrade to there software. After They tried installing it did not work. They then did not want to revert my settings. So basically i need to re-image my PI so that i can use my software again. Basically the Guy on the phone said I should "F**CK OFF, this is not his software How do you swear at a customer. Call was recorded.
Good Day I have been under debt rescue for the last 2 years, They have helped me get though everything, I managed to settle everything earlier. I have contacted Samsung support as my Smart TV keeps loosing the applications and also sometimes take a few attempts to turn on. this was about 2 weeks ago. Get a call from Samsung saying they are going to cancel my request as they are fully booked and will reopen my case. Then I just get a sms saying that they are going to be there the 17th. I get a call from the guy and say that he wants to come, I explain that no Appointment was made with me. he said he will call be back. The next day he calls and says he wants to come now, i explain to the guy that i work and cannot just come on his demand. Also they want to replace the main board on the TV. I feel this is not the issue. I still have not gotten any assistance, no call from samsung, nothing. I am really disappointed in the support that I have received. SAMSUNG! I DONT WANT THE MAIN BOARD REPLACED! I WANT A PROPER RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM! REF: 4231524598
Hi. I made a order on sunday, your advert said order with in *** time and delivery will be on Wednesday 16 October 2019. I have not received my order, phone the courier company and they said it is still in JHB and was only collected today. Your website says shipped with in 24 hours. All the above was false advertising and i am not happy with this.
Buying online from esquire is a nightmare! I bought a Manhattan LCD Monitor Mount with Center Mount and Double-Link Swing Arms. They have taken my money and still no delivery, i have emailed them i get no response from them. Try calling them you cannot get any answers on this. When i ordered the Manhattan LCD Monitor Mount with Center Mount and Double-Link Swing Arms there web site said they have stock, when you contact them there is no stock. I will recommend that one should not buy anything online from them as they lie about what is instock. I feel like they have stolen my money and they dont want to refund it. The order was placed 19/09/2017 and still nothing from esquire! order number 69154
