I am extremely upset, I ordered and paid, it was delivered with a product missing. They were extremely unhelpful. They keep telling me to check an empty bag
Service at the store is good apart from staff saying they will keep in contact but dont. I ordered a couch two months ago and still waiting. The manufacturer of the furniture are not efficient. They don't give proper answers as to what the delay is. I expect a refund by the end of next week if my couch doesn't arrive. This is completely unacceptable.
Service at Head Office and Rosebank branch are very unhelpful.The system was quick to take my money but must have a system error as the system is still showing pending I have emailed to get a refund immediately. Not happy at all with the service.
I placed an order on 18 August which I cancelled due to it not been delivered. I was told my refund would be done on 19 August, I have received nothing to date. I have called an e-mailed on numerous occasions and still nothing. The service is pathetic
Bolt drivers are consistently going to incorrect locations when I request. I get charged late wait fees when I am the one waiting for them.They don't return messages. I am very tired of their services.Tbe Google maps or whatever they use have to be upgraded. People don't provide good service.
I am extremely upset with Momentum regarding my RA fund. They do not return calls and are extremely inefficient. I have contributed for almost 30 years.Tbey are very unhelpful. I would not recommend them to anyone
The service is shocking. They do not reply to emails. I ordered a juice from Nandos amongst other things but my juice was not delivered. I will NOT use this establishment again.
Service is very bad.i was told my parcel would be delivered over a week ago, when it eventually arrives , the box is damp and all the goods were damp too.How can a business allow such a thing to happen? I am still waiting for a corrected parcel to ve delivered
I am very upset with the service at Lyndhurst mcdonalds. I ordered a happy meal Chicken burger, one cappucino and a small chips. The branch charged me double on the chips saying that the chips on a happy meal is separate.This is not the case.The self-service at the branch showed R41 which is the price.i was charged an extra r19.
