I am extremely dissatisfied with Herotel. My internet has been down since last night, yet there has been zero meaningful support. I logged a ticket and have received no response at all. Their support system is ineffective, and it feels as though customer queries are simply ignored. What makes this even more frustrating is that their portal shows “payment outstanding,” despite the fact that I am on debit order and the payment has already gone off successfully. This is clearly an internal administrative error, yet my service remains suspended. It is unacceptable for a paying debit order client to be left without service due to what appears to be a billing mistake on the provider’s side. A company of this size should have the systems and workforce in place to resolve issues like this promptly. At this point, the lack of communication and failure to provide a paid service raises serious concerns about reliability and contractual obligations. I expected far better.
Dedicated hosting has gone down every week since June and is down AGAIN The support team states that they will look for a more permanent solution but it just goes down the following week. It looks like a botched server migration and these people look like they don't know what they are doing. Possibly just rebooting the Virtual machine or something Don't waste your time, money and utime hopes on this company
I recently had my first experience filing a claim with MVIA Insurance for my vehicle service at Mercedes Benz, and unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. From start to finish, the process was riddled with inefficiencies, delays, and miscommunication, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. My ordeal began when I arrived promptly at the dealership workshop at 07:30, well ahead of MVIA's opening hours at 8 am. Despite my early arrival, the process dragged on for hours due to numerous requests and unnecessary delays on MVIA's end. Initially, the dealership sent the required quote to MVIA, as requested, only to be met with a demand for additional documentation, including a diagnostic report and a photo of the cluster. After jumping through hoops to provide the requested information, which included spending a significant amount of time on hold with MVIA's customer service, I was informed that certain essential components of the service were not covered by my plan. This included items such as antifreeze coolant, brake fluid, a quick diagnostic test, and a sealing ring—items that one would reasonably expect to be included in a comprehensive service plan. The frustration peaked when MVIA authorized the claim hours later, at 12:30, but with significant exclusions, leaving me in a position where I had to wait even longer for the service to be completed. Despite the dealership's efforts, I was left stranded without my vehicle for an extended period, with no clear indication of when I could expect it to be returned. Overall, my experience with MVIA Insurance was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of transparency, the unnecessary delays, and the arbitrary exclusions from coverage have left me questioning the value of their service plan. I would strongly advise others to approach MVIA with caution and to thoroughly review the terms and conditions of their policies before engaging with them. In conclusion, my experience with MVIA Insurance was utterly disappointing, and I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and efficient vehicle coverage.
Banele helped me with my claim and was very professional and quick. Had everything sorted in about 3 days max
Well, where do I start? Firstly, I purchased a Vodafone smart prime 7(VFD 600) which broke on the 10th of July. Ever since it has not been repaired even though promises were made it would be repaired. I still don't have the phone. I sent it in for repair at Sasolburg Vodacom which they assured me after I have booked my phone that warranty will not cover(which they eventually did) and i was refused the phone back to my possession. After a week or two I was informed via SMS that the phone will be exchanged. With this message I was delighted. I received the phone after the weeks of waiting, which i believe was some sort of Frankenstein phone made from other broken phone parts due to no container but bubble wrap and sellotape and but the cellphone does not pick up any service although it caught the cellphone towers. I sent it back the next day and they tested it and it worked fine but as soon as i left the shop the service disappeared again. I took the phone home and returned the next day where they urged it was my SIM card(even though no other SIM card worked in the phone) and i had to pay the R63 for a SIM swap. But it didn't work so they booked it again. I received it back after the weeks and when i got it back it still had the same problem. So I decided to go to Vanderbijlpark Vodacom and waited the weeks out again just to return to the same broken phone. They assured me they will send it to head office for checking (which I learned that the term for their "head office" was the back room of the shop). They said they have no record of the phone being exchanged nor do they have the whereabouts of the original phone. They also said the IMEI codes did not match the phone, battery or box of my original phone. I waited again and received the phone with the same problem and the same promises of sending it to "Head office". I have recently visited Kolonade Mall Vodacom to ask that the phone be transferred to Kolonade because I have recently relocated and cannot afford all the petrol to fetch the phone 300km away. It has been 12 weeks without a phone. Not even a loan phone. Job numbers I currently have and had: (the first job number got lost on my small backup phone) ********** 3 ********** 8 ********** 5 Current: ********** 6 Box IMEI code of original phone: ********** ********** 3 I really hope this review will be viewed and I hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards Pieter Bester
