Be wary of this panel beater . ALL phone calls and messages go unanswered - several attempts to reach ALL of their departments went unreciprocated via their app interface as well. My car went in on the 17th of April for a sc****d bumper (3 weeks for a minor fix ). Got a message to fetch my car on the 4th May , went there to find that the colour was mismatched and there was a finger nail size blister of cracked paint glaring out. Was told that I'd get a call yesterday .... NO call of course. A professional panel beater that can't get a blemish free finish let alone a colour match is beyond my understanding - I have pics that Ill be posting on forums ...... 3 WEEKS and counting . I am changing insurance companies to an insurer that has legit options.
Day 11 and Intermittent fiber connection - Vodacom is starting to admit that they can't fix it - at least they're admitting it now . 3 technician visits - countiess phone calls . Sad
After 5 days of constant battle we still don't have Internet - numerous daily calls and promises of a technician have not materialised. It's quite an eye opener how a company like Vodacom is so impotent compared to a smaller player like Afrihost whose help is nothing but highly commendable. So here we are helpless with the odd return call asking if our issue is resolved. Sad but true
I am still waiting to resolve my last issue that I published here on the 24 th August. Is my new account open now ? Can anyone perhaps let me know if the required paperwork that I sent has been logged ? Was it correct ? I got a matter resolved message from FNB I'm tired of waiting , I'm tired of the automated calls directing me to who knows where ............ what to do ??? Anyone ..... ???
I have been trying to get info on sending a partnership agreement to FNB business accounts . The account I have is on 'soft hold' until this I supply the needed partnership document.when opening the account the required document was done in the Rosebank branch ( but now is not traceable ). After hours of holding and finally getting through to the correct department I'm told they will mail me the procedure or at least an email address that I can use to send the documents / it goes without saying I have not received any mails.They claim to have sent them. I have been using other accounts for my business but now need a dedicated acc. I am hoping that this complaint will help solve the issue of wasting hours on the phone messing around with the somewhat badly designed "bot" service. This has been going for 4 months . Investec claim they can have an active account within a minimal amount of time . So FNB lets see if you can actually get this together before I throw in the towel and move everything to a bank that actually may care .

How can one get anyone at FNB to contact me ???? Please advise if you know the secret...... Private banker - just rings and rings and rings .......... ( if I'm not mistaken I pay a premium to have a 'private banker' ) Forex control - no email answers and phone just rings . A forex transaction has been returned , they want to charge a fortune - do you think anyone will try and help ..... NO . This has been going on for days . After this I will be looking for a bank that may even have the decency to return my calls and or even offer an explanation before imposing penalties. Truthfully I really don't feel feel secure having FNB accounts
It started 7 days ago . All I want to do is be able to download my bank statements in xls format prior to March 2019. FNB Instant accounting software has the ability to do so but ..... after a weeks worth of phone call's and escalations of escalations that have been already escalated after previous escalations .... NOTHING. The consultants have been an interesting study in themselves . Some are polite , some seemingly condescending and others quick to dismiss and 'escalate'. I have hit a brick wall now and can only hope that this review is going secure a genuine Escalation .

ITS NOT OF COURSE . I'm paying for a 20000 Kbs download speed which is still running under 4000 Kbs - they have me on the wrong package and just can't change it for some reason . II'll make sure to publish all of this on Social media soon / I have lots of correspondence
vodacom is unable to get my 20/2 speed line up to the required speed after 2 weeks of battling to get them to do so. My download speed is a fraction of what I'm being billed for / about 1/6th of the speed. When I call to cancel the service due to non delivery I'm told that I will be penalized. All I want is a functional service ....... Simple I have plenty of correspondence at hand . It seems as if no one understands how to proceed or are just passing the buck . Vumatel have conducted tests and say the the actual fibre line is 100% functional. I ********** my billing acc number
