On the 11th March I went to Europa art shoes in East Rand Mall, I got shoes for R4000 for an event, i wore the shoes for the 1st time and the color was s****ping off at the front. I have previously bought several items, however Europa Art shoes quality has drastically dimissioned. clearly they are trying to save by reducing quality. I find it strange they don't want to refund my money forcing me to take another pair of the poor quality shoes. I still have my receipt . I will never buy any shoes or item from Europa Art shoes. I will escalate with the consumer tribunal....I want my money back!!
on tuesday(04-10-2022) I went to PNP liquor campus square the shop wasn’t open at 07:58 rightly so, and I went to the pick and pay main store in campus square, the shop didn’t open at 08:00 myself and other customers were waiting until 08:03 whilst the securities were chatting and laughing inside we had to complain, that’s when 3 securities decided to open the store.this behavior has become a norm in pnp campus square. There were not even bothered by the fact that customers are waiting, when I walked in the shop the ladies were laughing at me and other customers for complaining regarding the shop open late, when the store opened the staff was not ready no till . The securities had no name tags and I went to ask the name from a pnp staff she also had no name tag. When I went to get water it was full of dust because of ongoing renovations, I hope pnp will compensation the staff when sickness occurs due to the work conditions, I had to go back to the pnp liquor when I got there the staff member had logon and was getting ready preparing the float/change. PNP campus square is so unprofessional and lack service. I would appreciate action to be taken to solve this problem.
Pick n Pay campus square has been operating whilst there are renovations. dust is everywhere, Last week myself and my friend bought rolls, we couldn't even eat them, because of all the dust from ongoing renovations. the staff is wearing plastic to try and protect themselves, however I feel sorry for them, they'll be sick because of the dust inhalation in the store. I started experiencing sinus effects after spending few minutes in the shop I had to rush to the chemist and get tablets to suppress them, how are people with worse medical conditions are going to survive, I'm questioning how the company always emphasize the care for the staff yet killing them slowly through dust inhalation , every item in the store has dust. how do they continue to operate under the unbearable conditions. the only thing the offered the staff as a precaution is giving them milk to drink (management stating it will help with the dust inhaling, wondering if management are qualified to diagnose and offer medical advise. a word offer advise for the shoppers stay away from campus square if you or your loved ones don't want to be sick. the shop must close until renovations are done.
I bought shoes in timberland online on the 20.02.2022, after using this platform several times .these shoes were delivered on the 22nd February 2022. within 6 months of purchasing the shoes it got damaged. I took it to the eastgate timberland as a damaged shoe however however I was told it will not be accepted, reason bein g the timeframe ,despite the fact that 6 months has not lapsed , it’s not my fault the quality of the boat shoe is not up to standard. I have purchased many items more than 10 in timberland, I’ve never experience such a low quality shoe. I don’t understand how would a shoe I don’t wear often have such an effect I, however If was abusing the shoe it would have been something else understable. I’m totally disappointed with level of timberland shoes, if this is the quality and standard you’re now manufacturing it has became inferior . I want nothing to do with it if this is the standard they manufacture lately. timberland is not the only shoe company . the number of the calculation of months being stipulated by Mbuso is not communicated anywhere in your website under returns section. You’re not transparent that’s also showing concerns . I’m not going to spend such an amount and the quality of the shoe doesn’t meet the standard. I’m definitely not collecting that damaged shoe. The shoe was also not assessed for defect.
I'm really disappointed with vodacom crooks, you buy bundles as stipulated, when I loaded just 4 U bundles, and I'm supposed to earn 100vodabucks however, that's is not happening, I was told it would be loaded within 24hours, it's 4 days after my VB are still not loaded
morning i'm not pleased with the level of service i'm getting from your customer care i sent an email on the 16 may 2022 regarding buying data i loaded just 4 u however not getting vb credited to my vb account. yesterday(30.05.2022) I loaded just 4 u voice of R40 and i'll earn 100vb , but i was not credited with 100vb. please investigate, and please improve your level of the response on the customerservice e-mail why provide a channel of customer service if you cannot get back to your clients
I would like to express the level of disappointment, unprofessional and Incompetence you get at TELKOM JABULANI MALL. I came to apply for an upgrade on the 6th or 7th….after several attempts of engaging via self-service and center with no success they only called after more than 10 days. Finally I got assistance and everything seem to be fine ,the 1st Inconvenience started when I left the store and I was called after an hour to fetch my gift I had to come back from mindalore to fetch the gift at my expense. After using the handset for a period of about 2 weeks the phone started restarting I though It would stop since I’ve never used a phone and that happens, now its booked for repairs. I totally refuse to accept using a repaired phone for another 2 years and it’s malfunction on the 1st month after taking it. i've been calling Telkom Jabulani until today their phones are not answered at all.
I went to pick n pay campus square, Its month end rush and kiosk with 2 tills is serving more than 18 customer a moment, while more than 5 tills are closed without a proper explanation from the manager, for a big company this has been going for too long every month end same unprofessional behavior pick and pay need to recruit .
I've been calling vodacom several time trying to cancel a call tune on my vodacom number, however I'm not winning, when I call the contact center there's no human assistance on optimized system with no direction on how to cancel the service being deducted on my number whilst I didn't sign up for any, vodacom is benefitting from caller tunes as clients are being billed for something they didn't sign up for. Vodacom please solve this and stop being thieves. I didn't give any consent.
I'm totally disappointed/disgusted with the level of service I received from checkers, on the 16th December I bought a cake and the sell by date was the 17th December, however to my surprise the cake spoiled not understanding whether the dates were tempered with or what. it's not normal for the cake to be in such a condition before the expiry date. I'm totally disappointed and never going to purchase another Item from checkers.
