Poor customer service,I went to Silverton and the guys were busy talking to each other on the tills while serving me.
Good morning I have been trying to get help from you guys from last week already and it seems as if I am talking to bunch of incompetent people. I just want you to go and debit my account as my services were cancelled and was not called or notified about that I just picked up that my internet was down. I haven't seen a business that's relying on Whatsapp,you call and you don't get answered the only thing that you will hear is we are currently busy right now why don't you use our SUPER DUPA WHAT'S APP.You still don't get help on that stupid whats app you will be told to grab a cup of coffee while they trying to connect you of which that will take another 10-15 minutes or more. I really don't know,as we speak I am holding for a past 40 minutes and the call continues.Very incompetent people you all need to close that company and go for Customer service training for 3months then open when you ready to serve.I will never recommend webafrica to my family and friends like I used to do.I am so disappointed with your service guys it's pathetic and disgusting.
I WAS AT MCDONALDS DOBSONVILLE BRANCH YESTERDAY, WOW WHAT AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED.THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE MUSIC WAS VERY COOL. I HAVE ORDERED SIT IN MEAL AND WITHIN MINUTES I RECEIVED MY ORDER.I ENJOYED THE MEAL AND WENT OUT HAPPY.I DID NOT GET A CHANCE TO SPEAK TO THE BRANCH MANAGER AS I WAS IN A HURRY.KEEP UP THE GOO DWORK MCDONALDS DOBSONVILLE BRANCH
Goodday I was at ShopRite usave at bara branch now at 16:33 to go and withdraw capitec cash send and was assisted by very rude cashier by the name of Ntombiyenkosi Dlamini. I asked her nicely to give me change and she told me she doesn't have while I saw that she have when she opened the drawer.She just put my money on the desk and throw my slip away.i stood there waiting for my slip and another customer saw that she is rude and gave me the change which was 2xR50. I took the money and as I was by the door I went back for my slip and she told me I throw it in a dustbin as I saw you walking out,still with an attitude.i did not want to cause a scene that's why I decided to take it up with customer service.That girl lady doesn't deserve to work with people she must work some where at the back area where there is no customers. I am so unhappy with her very service.Its unfortunate that I couldn't speak to her Manager. I want to see action taken against this lady,She doesn't have customer service. I have visited Absa DOBSONVILLE branch and I am impressed by the service iI received from Miss PABALLO DIANE. I went to activate my Absa online account and we struggled for almost 45 minutes. PABALLO did not give up or become short tempered like other consultants. She kept on trying until she got it right. Wow what a great customer service, we need people like PABALLO in this industry. Well done PABALLO keep up the good work. I am extremely happy and impressed with your service.
Hi I am so disappointed by Didi app,the drivers cancell the rides and after that I get charged cancellation fee while I am not the one who cancelled.i have tried to lodge a complain with no luck.
I went to ackermans store in dobsonville mall to purchase a phone for my son and no one showed interest to help us.Other cashier kept on calling someone to come help us with no luck.i waited for about 15minutes until I decide to go.What a poor customer service.On my way out I saw a store manager and explained what I have just experienced in his store and he asked me to go back he will get someone to assist me.i said I am ohk as I was very crossed with the service.Store manager needs to put his foot down and do regular floor walk so he can pick issues like this on the floor.
On the 30december I spoke to Noxolo to change my debit order date to the 07th of every month and she confirmed that it has changed.To my surprise every the 26th debit order goes through.This is not acceptable.The amount I should pay now is R452.58 and I decided to use self service to pay,it has now changed to R1021.i spoke to Kgomotso and she told me they have already added amount for next month.This is frustrating.I am not happy at all this needs to be fixed with immediate effect.
Pep Stores — Poor customer service Yesterday I went to buy school uniform at Pep Store van wyk street in roodepoort.Service is very poor.No staff to help customers on the sales floor, we help ourselves and opened a lot of school shirts as we were looking for correct sizes and we're fitting on the floor. I then took 6 wrapping paper priced R0, 49 each.i noticed that it scans 6.99 and notified the cashier that it's R0, 49 she then told me it's a wrong price and she called manager by the name of Tumi.He also told me that's not the correct price and he can only allow me to pay for one only.What a terrible service.what happened to the PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY? Consumer rights does not exist in Pep Store van wyk street.i am very unhappy with their service
I have applied for a new meter installation since from July even to date nothing happened.i have been sending emails left right and centre without been given clear directives of what to do.Its now December and I am now frustrated.
