I unfortunately had to cancel my Emirates flight due to the war. I had to lay out money that I did not have to book new flights and have since been waiting for the refund. I got confirmation from the flight centre agent assisting me that the refund was paid from Emirates to Flight centre on the 16th of April. It has been a back and forth struggle since then for them to pay me which does not make sense as the funds do not belong to them. I have provided them with everything requested and they still cannot be bothered to even tell me when I can expect the funds in my bank account. I have tried to be patient but this is now very frustrating as days just pass by. The level of urgency with funds is really disheartening and disappointing. Please I desperately need the funds as soon as yesterday.
Bought a car and identified what needed to be fixed before we took delivery. Bryanston Executive Cars agreed to get the car fixed. Unfortunately the mechanic who was suppose to fix the car messed up and we broke down twice after taking delivery. I can give Bryanston Executive Cars credit as they were helpful and willing to get the car fixed each time and pay the bills for the preexisting problems. Thank you to TJ for personally going out of his was to make sure he fulfilled on his promises!
Went to a Vodacom 4U shop in Cresta on Saturday for a new contract. Handed in all the documents and still today, no call from Vodacom explaining what is going on. I had a contract with them for years, cancelled it three months ago to go onto prepaid and now that i would like a contract again they are refusing, this is crazy. After you spammed me for three months to upgrade now you refusing me a new contract. The guy at the store told me he trying to find out whats going on but it 1pm now and still nothing. If this contract is not approved by end of today or someone does not contact me to advise what on earth is going on, i will be going to another service provider.

I paid a suplier via my credit card in Botswana Pula and you debited me over R500 more on the card than what the exchange rate was on the day. I emailed you and a Client Services Resolution Manager advised me the exchange rate was R1.3246 on the day payment was made however the Botswana Pula to Rand exchange has not been above R1.30 in the entire 2017. I have been awaiting a response from this manager since the 7th of July and am quite disapointed in the service i have recieved.
