Att Makro Ottery So on Sunday I went to go and purchase a 85inch tv that came with a sound bar For a lot of money, the sales man informed me that there is no stock of the sound bars it was also on a promo itself so I asked him to please contact the other Makro’s he came back saying no one had stock and it will be arriving in the week so I took the tv, Tuesday I contacted the store and they said they sill haven't received stock so I contacted montague gardens makro and they said that they had stock so it looks like the sales man told a lie to make the sale to get the commission, I was then contacted late Tuesday and told no they driver was stuck in traffic and will have it here on wensday and that he will have his colleague contact me to let me know when it’s there wensday came no arrival of the sound bar I picked up a issue with tv contacted store the said that they will send a replacement tv with the sound bar to day(Thursday). so as the tv was been dropped off got voice note from the sales man saying that the sound bar still hasn’t arrived and it will just be the tv so Just warning you all about the things the sales men at makro will do to make the sale and get the commission Be careful
Horrible service I had to use them for a ******** check for my pdp a accidentally paid R1000 more than I was supposed to I got in contact explained my situation and sent them proof of payment bank statement and copy of id they informed me that it will take 2 weeks to process can’t see why so long but okay it’s now been a month. I get told last week no it will be processed of Friday then I get a email this week sorry they did not do it and hopefully have time to do it this week my money is been hold ransom technically as it’s been over a month and I’m having no joy I’ve called them I’ve left messages for manager to contact me I’ve asked to be put through to a manger phones just ring any how I’ve been driven to post my story here and will see if they have a face book page if I have not herd from them and my issue has not been resolved by the end of this week I will be forced to lay charge of theft as my money was not returned to me there communication is **** horrible company
Wow day 5 after ordering 4 x Ob books and the package has still not even been shiped be prepaired to wait up to a week or longer for your goods if you order from this place, if i could give a 0 star i would but sadly the lowest is 1 star. poor custer service, will not order from here again orrdered on monday to day is friday never had this issue before with any other company its always same day or next day shipmet. would not recomend this buisness
**** services ordered somthing through incredible connection got a sms this morning around 6am parcel out for delivery waited hole day no show folks don't use this service
So to warn others I contacted Vodacom for an early cancellation of my contract and they gave it to me it was 6400 I paid it on 06 of Feb the contract was ended I was switched over to prepaid no 1 once you are switched over to prepaid you can no longer get hold of contract accounts or contracts customer care. As the voice prompt says that they are unable to assist prepaid customers. No 2 with great difficulty I got hold of accounts by putting in a friends number in to lodge my complaint on my number and told them that I have settled my contract last month the amount I was given, now today the 1st of March 1050 was debited from my account what is going on Her response was no sir you had to pay for the months usages and the handset fee, which I was not explained that was told that I'll lose my data and minutes but I don't freaking understand Was getting a settlement amount not everything that was owed ***???????? Is that not the point of it....... I'm cutting up my vodacom sim will have my number ported to a customer friendly network
Im considering switching back to vumatel. I have been with out fiber since friday unable to work After reporting it to afrihost on saturday morning they loged the call to open server a few hours later a technician from open server comes out runs one test and tells me that he can see the line is damaged and how many meters away he can see where its damged and dosint think there is cable repair tech on duty on weekends which i think is pathetic open server you have outher type of technicians on duty they should be traind to handle cable repairs aswell in that case funny thing is im the only person down in my area so i was told my issue would only be resolved on monday. so whole weekend no fiber so not only am i not getting paid for this weekend but sitting with no netflex or no dstv no face book . Not sure which is worse loadsheding or not having fiber. beginging to think i made the wrong choice swtiching to open server to save a few bucks.
Was sold the wrong item from what i asked for as swiping debit card then going to collections counter i knowticed that the screen was huge i ordered a 27inch was sold a 31inch. R1600 more. So i informed the sales person about the issue and the lady who deals with the payments, i get told from her that you cant reverse payment to debit card and that they will have to eft me the ballance of 1600 on next week thursday as that is when refunds are done. So im like thats realy unfair that my money is been hold hostage for a week and it was not my fault. Any way my complaint is this waiting till thursday to get refunds and making me not want to shop there incase somthing like this happens again an my money gets hold hostsge again Rectron you should do somthing about you refunds if the paperwork is in order there should be some one that dose the refunds its wrong Other than that no outher faults my side branch manager is awsome very customer wize - friendly and tride to resolve the issue anthor way but unfortunately that item was sold out.
People watch out.. this is to warn you that even if you have destroyed your rain sim and that you have a new bank account they still continue to bill you per month on the app i am now in the rears of 1400 and odd so please people if you are done using the service phone in and cancel otherwise they will continue to bill you.....
Wow Incredible Connections your online store is pathetic. They are just like the Anc no service delivery. This was my first and last online purchase with them, all I was wanting from them was to give the courier permission to change the shipping method and I would pay the courier directly, O no sir my manager said it cant be done. when trying to reach him he is not around. So this post is to just tell you that they really mean it when they say that delivery will take 2 to 4 working days they wont even approve the change even if you willing to pay the full over night delivery fee. Maby as soon as the item arrives ill return it to get a refund just to say thank you for there amazing service and then go purchase it at Makro a real store that provides service delivery
