I’m extremely disappointed with Afiswitch’s service. I app**** and paid for a 48-hour police clearance, but days later I still haven’t received anything. It’s frustrating because this delay affects real opportunities, especially when time is critical. What makes it worse is that payment is taken upfront, yet the promised service is not delivered within the stated timeframe. Meanwhile, we are left waiting with no clear communication or updates. This kind of service is unacceptable. If you advertise a 48-hour turnaround, you should be able to meet that commitment or at least communicate delays properly. I would not recommend this service based on my experience

I’m extremely disappointed with Afiswitch’s service. I app**** and paid for a 48-hour police clearance, but days later I still haven’t received anything. It’s frustrating because this delay affects real opportunities, especially when time is critical. What makes it worse is that payment is taken upfront, yet the promised service is not delivered within the stated timeframe. Meanwhile, we are left waiting with no clear communication or updates. This company has some of the most unhelpful and poorly informed staff I’ve encountered. The employees seem indifferent and will send you from one person to another without really understanding what assistance you need. It’s frustrating to deal with such a lack of coordination and care. I used to think the complaints I heard about them were exaggerated, but after spending an entire week going back and forth to their offices, I’ve experienced it firsthand. Each visit resulted in different information, as if everyone was relying on their own assumptions rather than clear, consistent guidance. It’s been a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning, those ladies don't care shame. Don't they have a competitor or another entity that does exactly what they do?

Afiswitch you are causing people to loose their jobs my husband did his pdp renewal on 10 Nov 2025 still no pdp been to the traffic department on 5 different occasions the traffic department is saying Afiswitch never received payment And afiswitch is saying they never got the fingerprints today 17 April 2026 I finally got hold of someone at afiswitch after trying to call for 2 months straight proof of payment has been sent twice so today I was told no fingerprints wer sent to afiswitch some responsibility needs to be taken here coz people are doing clearances and everything else needed or that's required but afiswitch has time to play

Worst business ever to deal with , my average holding time for each call when contacting the call centre was 50 minutes. I app**** for a PDP renewal on 3rd December 2025 and to Date 20th March 2026 still no luck. Susan the manager [email protected] does not even reply to emails sent. Reading many other reviews I see they don't respond or give a hoot. Very sad when people loose their ability to earn income as a result of uncaring *********** persons. But why should they worry , they get paid at the end of the month , but I cant operate my truck.

My experience with Afiswitch has been nothing short of frustrating. Their communication is extremely poor, you’ll send messages on their whatsapp to do follow-ups… and it feels like they disappear into another dimension. But the funny thing? The moment it’s time to receive payment, suddenly they move at lightning speed. Clearly, their notification system works perfectly when money is involved. Unfortunately, that same energy completely vanishes when it’s time to deliver the actual service. Delays, no proper updates, and zero sense of urgency. It honestly feels like customer service is an afterthought. If responsiveness were a competition, they’d win gold for collecting payments and come last for everything else. Very disappointing experience overall.

Poor communication and no customer support I am extremely disappointed with Afiswitch’s lack of communication and customer support. I urgently need an updated SAPS Extract for my daughter. Despite multiple attempts to contact Afiswitch, I have received no assistance. I sent messages to their WhatsApp number (previously used successfully), made a phone call where I waited in the queue for over an hour (moving from position 9 to position 1), only to be disconnected by an automated message instructing me to send an email due to “high call volumes.” I have also sent multiple emails to the provided addresses ([email protected] and [email protected] ) over two days, with no response. When dealing with a time-sensitive request, this level of non-responsiveness is unacceptable. I would not recommend Afiswitch based on my experience.

Send emails to info, queries on 8/1/26 send what's up.. refer to 4 diff emails send to those people on 9/1/26 till now no response. Really how the h..ll must one get through to these people.....

The customer service is very bad, I did a prpd then they took my fingerprints November and paid everything, but they keep on saying, they are waiting for police report then I went to check if they came back in on the 5th January 2026 they told me they are waiting for afswitch and that they will be expiring on the 13th. I went there 3 times, i work very hard for my money afswitch it’s nonsense honestly. They don’t even answer their calls. I hope they cancel them.
