This company has some of the most unhelpful and poorly informed staff I’ve encountered. The employees seem indifferent and will send you from one person to another without really understanding what assistance you need. It’s frustrating to deal with such a lack of coordination and care. I used to think the complaints I heard about them were exaggerated, but after spending an entire week going back and forth to their offices, I’ve experienced it firsthand. Each visit resulted in different information, as if everyone was relying on their own assumptions rather than clear, consistent guidance. It’s been a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning, those ladies don't care shame. Don't they have a competitor or another entity that does exactly what they do?

Companies should only hire passionate employees

I rarely leave reviews unless it’s a bad one but today, I feel truly compelled to share my positive experience. After being sent from pillar to post by a certain lady even promised to call which she never did, to be honest I was about to send an email and cancel the subscription, I was fortunate to be assisted by a gentleman named Kabo on my second attempt after having to recharge again. He came to my rescue and handled everything with such professionalism and care. Kabo delivered what I can only describe as the epitome of excellent customer service. He did his job with passion, efficiency, and a genuine willingness to help. If I could give him infinity stars, I would! I sincerely hope the rest of the team at this institution can learn from his example. Because of Kabo, I highly recommend Cool Ideas.

Excellent customer service

Most reviews are usually written by unhappy customers, while those who are satisfied often choose to simply enjoy their happiness. But here’s a plot twist, I believe it would be selfish to receive outstanding service and not share it. I had the most wonderful customer experience with a salesman named Kulani “Bigman” Mkansi. The entire application process was seamless, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, and every detail was on point. I would highly recommend this gentleman, he truly embodies what excellent customer service should be. We collected our car yesterday after a smooth, hassle-free process. Thank you once again, Hyundai Woodmead!

One of the biggest ****mers in the entire continent, I wish someone had told me about them before I joined, I wouldn't even wish what I went through with this bunch of ****mers to my worst enemy - please if you looking for a warranty look somewhere else not this guys.
