Stop False Advertising, you do not have a active tower 200m from me.
Please remove or de-register this tower. the tower close to has been abandoned for years. because of this all ISPs linked to or using Telkom infrastructure has false information regarding infrastructure and this infringes on ICASA Licensing Practices as you cannot have towers to close to each other. This also has a direct impact on the quality service we Receive in Elsies River. Please assist, Telkom must restore or de-register this Tower. Tower Close to Elsies River Fester avenue.

Telkom is the *****ing over Vox
Since December 2019 I've received horrible LTE speeds. I LOVE Vox however Telkom I completely hate to the depth of my core, just like all the other SOEs I belive Telkom is a sinking ship and the captain has Jumped Ship and nobody knows they left. Since I went from Vox Cell C lte to Vox Telkom LTE I've recieved Horrible download speeds and yet my upload speeds are 3 times faster. I pay R500 a month for capped LTE and get 0.5 mps download speeds where someone in Parow north gets R500 a 10meg uncapped. I've called in multiple times for assistance however I recieved to feedback from Telkom only one call to do trouble shooting and after that no follow up. I've done all the troubleshooting multiple times and still received no diffrence. Does Telkom even care about the lower income people. We pay the same for less as the privaliged people on the other side of the tracks. So telkom fix the LTE in Elsies River. It's an Social injustice what you are doing to the lower income class of my community.

<p>My Wife recently recieved a new blackbery DTek50 from Vodacom, only had the phone for two months and the Screen Cracked. </p> <p> </p> <p>The Phone is Valued at R4000 - R5000 online and the qoute to fix the screen is R4000. </p> <p> </p> <p>This does not seem right. Please investigate as this Cell Phone screen industry is a Rip-Off</p>
