Well! Firstly I arrive to collect the car at the exHilton. Where Enterprise car rental aka the above is located. I ask if I can use my digital card because the bank destroyed mine. They say no I say fine I'll pay cash 10k cool. Deposit paid only to hand over my license a temp the card is ready then he says no. So I'm again okay then said no I'll come back and he said then we'd book in someone elses name. Cool. I giggle then ask " what about my deposit..." He then says" it will be automatically refunded if you leave and I say you didn't pitch up to collect the car" hmmm have you ever?! No!!! So I proceed to the lobby to call and say ****MERS... Please ensure you pay my deposit back. Did I mention you have to call Spain I think hahaha I DIED...Let's not forget the language barrier and it sounding like they're only understanding themselves say" no refund" NEVER EVER WILL I EVER. Stick to dealing directly with known players!!! The rest make profit off *****ing from people on before Easter Weekend and lying.
When I review with a 1, I actually mean minutes the coldest day in the Antarctic because everything is below standard except the false promise. I'm quite sad and provided all my requirements and extra to prove that I've been driving for over 20 years yet I was still denied the car and my deposit after being told I'd be automatically refunded after 7-15 days if I just left. I didn't just leave I called and I was told Nope first then I called again. Doesn't help that it's not local hahaha it's been a few days now since they took my money just for the sake of it.
They are ******* plain and simple! Deserving of prison time and ******** action! It's a once off fee then they promise to delete all banking details and personal information after you cancel the subscription only for them to track all your accounts and debit them all. Like *** that's ******* but they've been doing it and apologies but low and behold 2 months later another 29dollar debit for nada they've debit every single card in my wallet and I gave them access to one for what I don't know
So! Excitedly I saw 'Bento Box' on the menu and what better meal for a growing team then the variety of a Bento box! Not to mention the image reflected my thoughts. So I ordered that only to receive a tray of duck and because he wanted noodles. A container with noodles with one bakchoi. The biggest let down after excitedly telling him I got him a duck bento to top it all of it was excessively chewy so bad choice.
As the owners of Makro they should monitor and take care of their business activities. I bought from Makro on the 10/12/2025. They have not been able to refund or give me a proper answer for three weeks now. I have requested my records as well as recording for me to take this matter up and still have had no response. My order was not taken up after the payment had been taken out of my account , there is little to No communication unless I contact them. What kind of business are you running , what are you doing with my money that it can not just be reversed in the time lines you have as a company.
MINUS 100 - don't even have the words....I made an order online. Thinking, lovely nice and easy and eft from my account option! No!!! Not with Makro they take the money then don't even place the order. I had to check only to be told two weeks ago I'm being refunded and to watch my account. Thanks to myself I called everyday only to be told they need proof of payment my ID and proof of account. Which I sent, the very next day they asked for it again...a few days later I call to be told the documents haven't been uploaded that not all it was never escalated because they needy order number. Which the app didn't give me because they did not place the order !!!? Then there next day one appears so I screen shot the ON for them and send it in the am, in the late pm I get a message to say they need the ON typed put or they can not help me HAHAHAHA I AM SO ANGRY! So, I type it out. Then call two days later to be asked for my documents AGAIN aaaand the order number!!! I forgot to say they hung up about five times I spent 3 hours on hold before the unhelpful agents whose fav line are " we understand you're upset" like trained robots and the next line is we have escalated it. Have you trained your agents to lie to customers. Because 3 times I've been told it's been escalated and yet today I've been told 20 days later that they only uploaded my documents 2 days ago...16 days in working days take another day for the holiday = 15 ...still one day over the BS service level agreement timeframe promised 7-14days for refund on ****** MONEY. How do you not prioritise refunds where You the agent do not place the order. I've been blamed for everything like "it's a Capitec error" to " eft errors on the app" WHOSE ERROR IS THAT? Your finance department needs to be chastised how do they not know how to investigate and process timeously. Do you process two client refunds a day at this speed or are you taking money on the daily?
Tulsa Spur Morningside.....Your waitress Nkele! She's sensational, on point...we Love her! The food was actually decent and I'm not a spur fan. The deep friend mushrooms! WoW! Is your chef Asian because they were CRISP and fresh at the same time and as much as I love blue cheese a sauce is not for one to dunk personally but it was balanced and really enjoyable. The spicy wings were a miss for me but the mushrooms made up with the Dom Pedro so Whoopdidoo Saw Thank you
After the second go at a restaurant I have no choice but to put finger to pad. First time was just an epic fail with their trio of snails. Which had the chef taken the time to try his items before actually serving up the dish he would have realised his sauces didn't compliment each other at all. It was the worst plate of snails I've ever had. The flavors were actually offensive and harsh, put me off having a meal at all. Second time which was more recently, was like...a few years Later, improvement! No!!! Actually worse but the plating must say has improved! The grilled vege was Al dente to say the very least, the butternut which was cubed small was raw. So was the sweet potato, who adds the two sweets in one grill - they should actually be discontinued! I'd say opt to take that out and rather go old school on your grilled meats than step out of your lane. Unimpressed, yet again. Sad reality because the ambiance could be a winner....oh no, Almost forgot. The staff can take up to 30min to bring the bill or water,may have been a long day tho...Benefit?
I bought a donut and five mini cakes last night, I was craving being 6months so I ate it in store and told the woman it tasted strange compared to the one I I had at another store. Little did I know I'd be throwing up and have diarrhoea at 02h48am the very same day, thinking whether or not I should go to emergency room or wait for my doctor to check if my baby is okay. This is beyond me, my experience in the store the last time I visited was Terrible and now this 😔 at this point their scoring is not on any score board.
It's actually a Zero rating this franchise must be closed and replaced. It's a health hazard and seemingly not worth the hard earned monies payed. This is an issue for a court or high power the owners and franchisees should be held accountable ! There was stuff in my food it tasted bad.
