Super impressed

Application disaster
Applied for a student credit card and gave them all the documsnts they needed for it. I could not get a banking cover letter with my statements so I provided a proof of banking that has the same details on it. They then told me they need the cover letter so I explained that I could not manage to get one but the proof of banking had all the same details. They told me ok they will get back to me. They never did, so I sent an email asking why I have not heard anything just to hear my application expired for the next 60 days.....

4 guys in shop = no service
<p>After getting to the shop for a possible crossbow purchase for dad the 4 employees never came to help. They had a nice chat among themselves even after seeing us.</p> <p> </p> <p>A customer should not have to ask for service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not cool.</p>
